What is AirJelly
AirJelly isThe world's firstcontext-aware proactive agent. AirJelly continuously observes various applications on the user's computer, including Slack, Zoom, documents, calendars, etc., automatically integrating scattered work context, building a permanently searchable personal timeline, and proactively creating tasks, preparing briefings, and sending reminders before the user speaks. All data is processed locally only and is not uploaded to the cloud. The product supports Projects workspace management and DeepSeek Harness coding Agents.

How to use AirJelly
- Download the client: Visit the AirJelly official website https://www.airjelly.ai/ , and download the installer for Apple Silicon Mac (macOS 13+) or Windows x64.
- Complete initial setup: Complete Onboarding by occupation type, and preview common proactive use cases for that occupation.
- Use your computer normally: AirJelly continuously observes your application activity in the background and builds work memory, processed locally with data never leaving the machine.
- Trigger intent recording: Press Enter when needed to record the current intent, and the desktop pixel jellyfish will provide a feeding animation as feedback.
- Respond to proactive push notifications: AirJelly will pop up task, reminder, or briefing pushes at the right time, and you can choose to act or ignore them.
- View the daily report: At the end of the workday, view the automatically generated daily report to review the day's progress, to-dos, and next-day plans.
- Advanced usage: Create a Projects workspace to centrally manage the memories, rules, and files of a specific project, or connect Codex or Claude Code to let coding Agents obtain complete context.
AirJelly's core advantages
-
Proactive rather than passive: Proactively creates tasks and pushes reminders and briefings at the right time.
-
Local-first privacy architecture: All data processing is done locally, with no cloud sync and no use of user data for training, so it can be used with confidence in sensitive work scenarios.
-
True cross-app panoramic memory: It unifies and integrates the context of all work apps such as Slack, Zoom, Docs, and Calendar into a single searchable timeline.
-
A unique positioning that empowers Coding Agents: It feeds the integrated context directly to coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code, making up for their shortcoming of "not understanding your work situation."
-
Zero-configuration onboarding: After granting accessibility permissions, it automatically begins observing and learning, with no need to write instructions or perform complex setup.
-
Personified interaction design: It uses a pixel jellyfish as its image, paired with a "feeding" feedback animation, reducing the feel of a tool and adding fun to use.
Comparison of AirJelly with similar competitors
| Comparison dimension | AirJelly | Genspark |
|---|---|---|
| Core positioning | Proactive AI work companion—continuously observes your work, proactively creates tasks, and pushes briefings | General-purpose super agent that breaks down and executes a single instruction and delivers complete results (research reports, slides, web pages, itineraries) |
| Source of proactivity | Resides in the background and continuously perceives context, acting "before you speak" | After receiving high-level instructions, it plans autonomously (Think-Plan-Act-Execute), but does not proactively observe you |
| Context acquisition | Locally reads Slack/Zoom/documents/calendar/screen to build a permanent personal timeline | Based on task-time web search + 80+ integrated tools; it "forgets" once the task ends, with no persistent personal memory |
| Privacy architecture | Fully local processing, 0 data upload, and it can run without an account | Cloud SaaS, with data stored on the vendor's servers (SOC 2 compliant) |
| Delivery format | "Workflow companion" outputs such as daily reports, tasks, reminders, and briefings | "Finished product delivery" such as Sparkpage research reports, AI slides, automatic website building, and AI phone calls (Call For Me) |
| Model strategy | Product-layer agent that can connect to external models such as Codex / Claude Code | Mixture-of-Agents architecture that automatically schedules multiple models internally (such as Claude Opus) |
| Platform support | Apple Silicon Mac、Windows x64 | Web across all platforms + iOS/Android apps |
AirJelly application scenarios
- Meeting follow-up automation: When the review time is confirmed in the team chat, AirJelly automatically captures it and creates a task, attaches the conversation context, and sets a deadline.
- Daily work report: Before getting off work, it automatically generates what was completed that day, a to-do list, and a plan for the next day, saving managers and remote team members the time of organizing weekly and daily reports.
- Cross-app memory Q&A: When you suddenly need the pricing details from a client call two weeks ago, just ask AirJelly, "What was the price mentioned in the last call with XX?" without having to go through Zoom recordings, Slack, and documents one by one.
- Context supply for coding agents: When letting Codex / Claude Code handle tasks, AirJelly provides relevant meeting conclusions, requirement discussions, and decision background, preventing agents from making blind changes while "knowing only code, not the business."
- Itinerary briefing for executives/founders: The attendee's background, key points from past communications, and pending items—you walk in fully prepared.
