What is Lingxi

Lingxi is a desktop AI agent launched by Kingsoft Office. Users only need to describe their idea in one sentence, and the AI can autonomously plan steps, invoke tools, and directly produce editable Word, Excel,PPTand other finished office deliverables. Built on the WPS document technology foundation, the product excels at handling complex document and data tasks and can remember users' preferences and project context. Even when users are away from their computer, they can direct it remotely via mobile phone, letting work go from understanding to completion.

How to use Lingxi

• Download and install: Visit the official website https://www.lingxi.cn/ , download the client compatible with Windows or macOS, and install it.
• Log in to your account: Log in with a WPS account, supporting password, mobile verification code, WeChat/QQ, or enterprise SSO.
• Initiate a task: State your needs in natural language in the input box, with no special commands required, for example, "Help me generate a sales report PPT."
• Upload files: Drag and drop or click the attachment button to upload documents, supporting formats such as docx/xlsx/pptx/pdf. A single file is recommended not to exceed 50MB.
• View execution: After sending, Lingxi automatically plans and executes, and the chat area displays stage descriptions and intermediate steps in real time.
• Get results: After the task is completed, you can directly view and download the finished file, or export it to WPS Cloud.
• Continue asking: Continuously optimize based on the results, such as "make the font larger" or "add another pie chart."
• Preserve and reuse: Let Lingxi remember your preferences and project context, or encapsulate repetitive workflows into skills.
