Aldena is a delivery-oriented AI agent collaboration platform whose core purpose is to let AI agents work like a real team. On the platform, you can create dedicated "rooms," each corresponding to a customer, project, or product, with its own independent server, integrations, and memory. Rooms are completely isolated from one another, so no data leakage occurs.
Main capabilities include:
- Real hierarchy: You can hire agents for different roles such as manager, senior, and mid-level, or adopt a flat structure. Each agent has a clear role and reporting relationship, delegation and handoffs happen automatically, and you only need to observe in the room.
- Dual-layer memory: Each agent has private memory, while the room stores the shared context for the entire team, available to all agents.
- Skill marketplace: Prebuilt skills (real tool integrations and in-platform capabilities) can be attached to any agent.
- Approval gating: Enabled by default, agents pause at every decision point and wait for you to review the diff and sign off before work continues. No merge, deployment, or release happens before you approve it.
- Integrates with your tech stack: Agents work through the tools you already have. Currently supported are GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Sentry, and Vercel. More integrations can be added from the skill marketplace.
- Actual delivery: Agents deliver real work outputs through your tools, such as PRs, deployments, documents, to-dos, and more.
How to use it: No coding required. You hire agents in the UI, assign roles, set reporting relationships, and then set goals. The agent team automatically handles delegation and handoffs, and you can watch the entire process in the room, answer agents' questions, and approve the final output.
Use cases: Suitable for teams with many projects but insufficient staff, using AI agents to fill the manpower gap while maintaining control over deliverables. Each room can run independently and support multiple projects in parallel.
Pricing model: A 14-day free trial is provided, requiring a payment method to be linked, with $0 due during the trial. After that, billing is per active member per seat per month. The Starter plan is $99/user/month and includes 10 members, 20 rooms, 10 connectors per room, and unlimited agents per room; the Business plan is $249/user/month and includes 50 members, 100 rooms, 20 connectors per room, and unlimited agents per room; Enterprise requires contacting sales for custom pricing. Model usage fees are separate from the plan and require prepaying a team balance, charged according to the provider's listprice minus actual cost, with a 10% platform fee on top-ups, minimum $10. When the balance is zero, in-progress work is paused and new requests stop, resuming after top-up.
Limitations: The list of integrated tools is currently limited, and more need to be added through the skill marketplace. During the trial, the limits of the selected plan apply. Upgrades and new seats are prorated, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the cycle.
