DBine
AI data analysisDBine is a free desktop database management tool that supports Windows, macOS, and Linux, and can connect to 130 database engines and services, covering relational, analytical, document, key-value, graph, time-series, and search databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, and more. It provides a unified explorer, editor, and tools across all engines, and includes built-in real-time query profiler, server monitoring, schema and data comparison, cross-engine migration, backup, and other features that usually require additional applications or paid versions, with native support for macOS and Linux that SSMS does not cover. DBine also provides an AI assistant: a chat panel next to the editor can write, explain, and fix queries, but it will not automatically execute any operations or send data rows, and supports local models, Ollama, LM Studio, Claude Code, or Codex. At the same time, it can act as a local MCP server, allowing Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, or Windsurf to use connections within set permissions, with writes requiring human approval, and connection data and passwords stored in the local system keychain.
