The AI Competency Evaluation (ACE) is a modular AI certification examination system launched by ExtranAI's Global Academy. ACE consists of four papers: AI Foundations, Generative AI, AI Applications, and AI Ethics and Governance. Each paper can be taken individually or as a complete set. The examination is currently offered only in English, is conducted online, and uses proctored delivery. Scoring uses a 1-10 band, with each paper contributing to the overall score, and may be weighted or adjusted by industry. Certificates are available in three packages: student, individual/adult, and enterprise, priced at SGD 200, SGD 300, and SGD 4,000 respectively. The examination is intended for students, professionals, and organizations, and can help employers standardize the assessment of AI skills, for use in career development, internal AI training, recruitment, and university certification, among other scenarios.
