About this tool

Haiva is an adaptive agent platform for building, governing, and deploying agents that can accomplish real work. Its core positioning is not a chatbot, but an operating layer for intelligent work. Agents can answer calls, resolve tickets, complete orders, schedule appointments, and hand back to human staff when human judgment is needed.

Main Capabilities

Haiva's agents can read real-time context, perform actions in the systems users already have, and hand off to humans when judgment is needed. The platform emphasizes "bounded autonomy": each agent works within a clear task scope that defines what it can access, how far it can go, and when it must stop. Agents can connect directly to existing APIs, databases, and applications without migration or rebuilding. Exceptions escalate with full work context, so humans focus their attention only where it matters.

The platform supports two agent modes: a single agent focused on a specific task, with a clear task, systems, and outcomes, as well as the required real-time context, tools, and permissions; and when work spans systems, multiple single agents can be bound into a team that coordinates around one outcome rather than handing off between silos.

Product Composition

Haiva offers five products that share one console and one login:

  • Haiva Enterprise: Brings contact centers, marketing campaigns, and competitions together in one place, covering service, engagement, and complex workflows across voice and digital channels. Roles can be hired from a role library to answer calls, capture opportunities, complete bookings, orders, and everyday customer work.
  • Haiva for Business: Enterprise-grade architecture for small and medium-sized businesses, starting from a single outcome, connecting only the context required for that outcome, and expanding after sufficient evidence.
  • Personal Intelligence: Access important information on your own device, have natural conversations, and perform actions you have permission for, with no account and no cloud backend.
  • Haiva Agent Studio: Every agent in the workspace, along with its version and deployment status, plus a Super Agent that drafts new agents section by section. The community edition can be self-hosted for free on a single node, while the enterprise edition provides governance, SSO, and support.
  • Runtime: Activate the runtime in the console and run it in your own environment, or put Haiva into your team's hands through the app store.

How to Use

Users can start with a single task and a single agent, connect the context required for that task, and expand after sufficient evidence. Haiva supports more than 480 providers and systems out of the box, including payments, CRM, support, HR, messaging, calendars, data, and more, with no migration or rebuilding required.

Governance and Deployment

Haiva enforces governance at the runtime layer: every agent acts with a real identity, with permissions limited to the systems and records that role is allowed to access; sensitive steps pause for human approval, modification, or rejection; and every decision, tool call, and outcome is written to an immutable audit trail for risk and compliance teams to review. Deployment options include Haiva cloud, the user's VPC, or fully air-gapped on-premises hardware, with the same runtime and control.

Applicable Scenarios

Haiva already operates in healthcare, retail, infrastructure, financial services, and hospitality environments. The organization's showcase covers active projects, pilots, implementations, deployments, and commercial partnerships, with varying stages of participation. An early restaurant project is shaping mobile-first voice and front-desk workflows.
