What is Skill Zoo
Skill Zoo is a one-stop desktop skill management tool for Coding Agents. Through an SSOT + symlink architecture, the tool uniformly manages Agent Skills scattered across Claude Code、Codex、Trae CN、Hermes and other programming tools, solving the problems of duplicate skill storage, version conflicts, and cross-tool reuse, freeing users from tedious CLI operations.
Main features of Skill Zoo
- Unified SSOT management: Uses a single source of truth directory + symlink mechanism to centrally manage skills and sync them to each Agent tool directory, avoiding duplicate storage and out-of-control versions.
- Smart search and discovery: Supports fuzzy matching of keywords, GitHub repository links, or
repo_owner/repo_nameidentifier search, automatically parses all skills in the repository, and provides one-click installation. - Repository filter view: The home page can quickly filter by tool type such as Claude Code, Codex, Trae CN, Hermes, etc., and the right side directly renders the repository README content.
- Batch management operations: After switching to list view, batch-select skills via checkboxes to archive or delete them, preventing the risk of accidental taps in card view.
- Consistency check: Automatically detects three types of issues—duplicate skills, version conflicts with the same name but different content, and non-standard-format mismatches—and displays the specific paths and differences.
- Skill details and security audit: Supports viewing, editing, and deleting individual skills, with built-in split-screen reading; integrates skills.sh community security audit results for one-click skill risk assessment.
