InfraGrid 3D is a browser-native civil and municipal pipeline BIM tool, aimed at the design of underground pipelines such as roads, stormwater and sewage, water supply, power, and public lighting. Without installing desktop software such as Civil 3D, users can lay out routes, model roads and wet and dry pipelines in the web page, view real-time longitudinal sections and perform clash detection on demand, and finally export native Revit geometry, IFC, and DXF. The product provides a Revit plug-in and a Mapbox site environment, and supports importing IFC (2x3, 4, 4.3), DXF, LAS/LAZ, PDF base maps, and GPR survey lines. It is officially stated to cover LOD 400+ pipe wall thickness, foundations, trenches, and manhole details, and can export gravity pipe networks as EPA SWMM nodes and conduits. Demo and unpaid accounts cannot export; Pro licenses can export native Revit geometry, IFC, DXF, PDF drawings, and CSV quantities.

open-strawberry is a proof-of-concept project exploring how to build an open-source version of OpenAI o1 through "reasoning traces," inspired by the OpenAI Strawberry algorithm. The project aims to use open-source tools and methods to reproduce a similar search-generate system and to improve the model's reasoning ability through progressive learning and repeated fine-tuning. It supports multiple model services such as Groq, ollama, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure, and provides a Streamlit interface and CLI operation. The project is currently in an early stage, mainly used to generate reasoning traces for specific problems and to attempt to iteratively optimize the model through preference fine-tuning methods such as DPO. This demo shows the differences in reasoning performance between simple models and some commercial models on specific problems, and is an experimental attempt at open-source reproduction around the o1 reasoning mechanism.
HanaAgent (repository name openhanako) is a personal AI assistant designed for ordinary computer users, with memory, personality, and autonomous action capabilities. It does not require users to write complex configurations or understand obscure terminology, and provides a relatively complete graphical interface rather than being limited to the command line. It can remember things the user has said, operate the user's computer, browse web pages, search for information, read and write files, execute code, manage schedules, and autonomously learn new skills; it supports multiple Agents collaborating on the same computer, with each Agent having independent memory, personality, and scheduled tasks. Agents can collaborate through channel group chats and delegate tasks to each other. It also provides a desk, full-screen media viewer, session management, scheduled tasks and heartbeat, secure sandbox, plugin system, and other features, and supports integration with Telegram, Feishu, QQ, WeChat bots, as well as mobile PWA and LAN frontends. The interface supports 5 languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. It provides installation packages for macOS, Windows, and Linux, and is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
Lane dataset. OpenLane is the first real-world and largest-scale 3D lane dataset to date. Our dataset collects valuable content from the public perception dataset Waymo Open Dataset and provides lane and closest in-path object (CIPO) annotations for 1000 road segments. In short, OpenLane has 200K frames and over 880K carefully annotated lanes. We publicly release the OpenLane dataset to help the research community make progress in 3D perception and autonomous driving technology.

PatentDrawing is an AI patent drawing generator that converts invention descriptions, product photos, hand-drawn sketches, or CAD screenshots into black-and-white patent line drawings, 3D perspective views, multi-view drawings, exploded views, as well as flowcharts and block diagrams. Users simply describe the invention or upload a reference image, choose a drawing direction (line art, 3D perspective, flowchart, etc.), and can then generate a draft and download a high-resolution PNG. The generated images are flat images, not rotatable 3D models or editable CAD files, and the geometry, labels, arrows, and structural relationships must be manually checked before use. The official website provides a comparison of subscription plans, including tiered credits and generation quotas, the number of concurrent generation tasks, history retention periods, watermark-free downloads, and commercial use licenses; specific prices are subject to the official website.

Studioify is an AI photo editor for secondhand clothing sellers, designed specifically for resale platforms such as Depop, Vinted, and Poshmark. It can quickly turn clothing photos taken with a phone into clean, consistent product images suitable for listings, with no studio and no prompt writing required—just upload and process. Its main capabilities include: creating Depop-style cover images, automatically generating multi-angle and detail images for Vinted and Poshmark, and unifying backgrounds and styles so that the entire shop looks like a professional small brand. The workflow has only three steps: upload photos and select the clothing type, choose the display method (flat lay, hanging, or on-model) and background, and the AI automatically cleans the background, optimizes lighting, and generates images in platform-specific sizes, after which you download them. It also offers an AI model visualization feature that can generate on-body clothing previews, reducing the cost of shooting with real models. The company says it can help increase clicks and favorites and save time on manual retouching, but specific results vary by product and platform. Free trial information is subject to the official website.

Thentic Pay is cryptocurrency payment infrastructure for modern businesses, using a non-custodial, multi-chain design where funds go directly into the merchant's own wallet, with no intermediaries and no lock-in. It supports 16 mainstream blockchains and more than 30 tokens, including USDT, USDC, DAI, WBTC, and others. It offers the Thentic Terminal hardware terminal, which can accept cryptocurrency in person via tap, scan, or QR code, with funds settled directly to the merchant's own wallet and a receipt printed on the spot. Fees are usage-based at 1% of the transaction amount, with no monthly fee and no minimum transaction volume; the fee is borne by the customer and billed monthly. It also supports on-chain cryptocurrency subscriptions (daily/weekly/monthly cycles, based on ERC-20 approve, with no card networks and no chargebacks), a merchant analytics app (real-time dashboard, CSV export, Webhook), and built-in AML compliance (dual-layer screening with the OFAC SDN list + Scorechain API, with zero configuration). Integration is via a single iframe or REST API; one API call creates a payment and returns a payment URL. For high-volume merchants, it also offers volume discounts, a dedicated account manager, custom withdrawals, SLA and 24/7 support, white-label options, and other plans.
