Aural is an AI interview platform positioned to conduct structured adaptive interviews via text chat, voice, or video, and automatically provide insights, transcripts, and analytics to support better decisions.

Purpose Aural is used to conduct interviews at scale and automatically obtain insights. It is suitable for scenarios requiring structured interviews and data analysis, such as recruitment screening, user research, product management practice, employee engagement surveys, academic defense simulations, and more.

1. Adaptive AI conversation: The AI interviewer adjusts follow-up depth, tone, and direction in real time, and can be set to casual, professional, or formal, with follow-up depth selectable as light, moderate, or deep.
2. Multi-mode interviews: Supports text chat, natural voice conversation, and full video interviews, all driven by the same adaptive AI engine, with participants able to choose their preferred mode.
3. Instant analytics and reports: Each session is automatically transcribed and summarized, supports browsing insights across interviews, tracking completion rates, and exporting structured data as XLSX or PDF.
4. Smart question types: Open-ended questions, multiple choice, rating scales, coding challenges, and whiteboard questions.
5. AI personality control: Adjust the interviewer's tone and follow-up depth.
6. Multilingual support: Supports English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, etc., and the interview language can be configured when creating a template.
7. Teams and projects: Manage interviews across multiple organizations and projects, and manage team access permissions.

Developers and AI agents: Provides a REST API and OpenAPI specification, with simple HTTP endpoints authenticated by Bearer token, no SDK required; machine-readable specifications for AI agents to automatically discover and generate code; usage counts toward the organization plan and limits can be queried via /api/v1/usage; session completion notifications (coming soon).

• The free plan includes 3 interview templates, 100 AI tokens, and 30 minutes of sessions per month, with no credit card required.
• Paid plans scale, with additional seats at $10/seat/month; all plans can exceed included limits and top up balance to continue using.
• Data security: Row-level secure storage, encryption in transit and at rest, and password hashing.
