Hermoso is a marketing tool for AI agents, accessible via MCP tools, CLI, or installable skills in clients such as Claude Code, Claude.ai, Cursor, and Codex, and can also be called by scripts.
Purpose and main capabilities: research winning ads already on the market (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad libraries, plus organic content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and more), generate finished image and video ads (including real product compositing, copy, and CTAs), publish and schedule to eleven channels, and build and manage paid ad campaigns. The number of tools provided is 906, as returned by tools/list; hermoso_capabilities provides free access to the live model catalog and the credit cost per render.
Connection scope: ad platforms include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, ChatGPT Ads, AppLovin Ads, and Google Merchant Center product feeds. Publishing and scheduling channels include Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business Profile. On the messaging side, WhatsApp and DM automation for Instagram, Facebook Pages/Messenger, and X are supported. On the analytics side, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and each platform's built-in insights are supported. On the file side, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and OneDrive are supported. There is also a Chrome extension for saving and cloning ads in one click.
How to use: the repository is simultaneously a plugin marketplace, a Gemini CLI extension, and a skill pack. Installation example: npx -y hermoso auth login completes browser login; in a session you can use /plugin marketplace add hermoso-ai/hermoso and /plugin install hermoso@hermoso. Without a browser, you can use npx -y hermoso auth login --token <key>. For manual CLI installation, use npm install -g hermoso. The MCP server can be run with npx -y hermoso mcp. The Claude.ai hosted connector can be pasted with https://app.hermoso.ai/mcp and then log in.
Pricing and limits: publishing and scheduling, paid campaign management, analytics and insights, comments and DMs, connectors, and profiles and team seats are free on all plans, with no per-post or per-channel fees and no seat pricing. Credits are used only to run AI models (image, video, voice, text, planning, post-production) and Ad Spy research; re-publishing an already rendered ad is not charged again. The only exception is X (Twitter), where publishing and reading are billed per API request. The free plan is only for users who sign up at app.hermoso.ai; the agent path requires a paid plan. Connecting social or ad accounts requires an OAuth consent page and cannot be fully headless; all other research, generation, publishing to connected channels, campaign building, and reporting can run without a browser.
