Purpose
Omnia Agent (also known as Omnio) is a generative engine optimization (GEO) agent in Omnia's AI visibility platform. It is officially described as being able to complete about 95% of AEO (answer engine optimization) work: creating content, carrying out outreach, and improving AI visibility, while users are responsible for coordinating the remaining 5%. It is aimed at teams that want to increase their brand's exposure and citations in responses from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI.
Main capabilities
- Online research: Research brands, competitors, and pages cited by AI engines directly from the live web.
- AEO data analysis: Connect to an Omnia account, read and analyze share of voice, citation, and sentiment data across the tracked engines, and ask questions about the data.
- Content creation: Write documents, PDFs, and emails needed for AEO work, covering everything from new pages to competitor comparisons.
- External integrations: Connect existing tools (such as Google Search Console and Analytics), pull in more data, and push approved changes.
- Memory: Tell it information about the brand or way of working once, and there is no need to repeat it in later sessions.
- Proactive project suggestions: Work while the user is resting, and present 3 suggested projects each day that can improve AI visibility.
How to use
A 14-day free trial is officially provided. Users need to connect an Omnia account and can connect external tools as needed. Omnia Agent supports integration with existing tool stacks. The officially listed integrations include: Ahrefs, Contentful, GitHub, Gmail, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, HeyReach, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Notion, Outlook. The read/write permissions and uses of each integration are as follows:
- Ahrefs (read API Key): Read keyword volume, backlinks, and domain rating to prioritize pages worth pursuing for AI citations.
- Contentful (read/write OAuth): Write and publish content that can earn AI citations to a headless CMS.
- GitHub (read/write OAuth): Submit pull requests to add llms.txt, robots.txt, and schema Fix and send directly to the website repository.
- Gmail (read/write OAuth): Draft and send outreach emails to win citations on third-party pages trusted by AI engines.
- Google Analytics (read OAuth): Reveal which content drives conversions, so you can target the pages worth pursuing for AI citations.
- Google Docs (read/write OAuth): Draft answer pages and content used to earn AI citations.
- Google Search Console (read/write OAuth): Find the pages AI engines crawl, and get new content indexed to earn citations.
- Google Sheets (read/write OAuth): Build the citation tracking sheets, keyword sheets, and action to-dos your team uses to run AEO.
- HeyReach (read/write API Key): Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to win mentions and links that AI engines adopt in their answers.
- HubSpot (read/write OAuth): Read the CRM, and publish marketing campaigns and emails that turn AI visibility into business opportunities.
- LinkedIn (read/write OAuth): Publish posts, articles, and comments to build third-party signals cited by AI engines.
- Notion (read/write OAuth): Write AI visibility action plans and content briefs in your team's existing workspace.
- Outlook (read/write OAuth): Draft and send outreach from the Outlook inbox to win citations on pages trusted by AI engines.
Officials also provide example prompts and use cases for each integration, such as: pull the domain ratings of the sites most cited by AI in a category and decide who to contact first; find keywords that rank in Ahrefs but are not yet monitored as prompts; list referring domains that competitors have but you do not and flag those also cited by AI engines; diagnose why high-backlink pages have never been cited by AI; update topic entries where AI visibility has declined; rewrite the homepage hero entry so it explains the business in one quotable sentence; add an FAQ entry answering questions users actually ask AI; add llms.txt to the website repository and open a PR; update robots.txt to allow GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot; add FAQ schema and open a PR; draft outreach emails to publishers that cite competitors rather thanyourself; follow up with sites that have agreed to add you but still do not mention you in the article; compare this month's traffic from AI sources such as ChatGPT and Perplexity with last month's; create a content brief in Google Docs for the topic with the largest citation gap; update questions in the FAQ document that AI engines answer incorrectly; find pages that have Google Search Console impressions but have never been cited by AI engines; find queries that rank in Google's top three but have zero share of voice in ChatGPT; export Omnia insight to-dos as a Google Sheet with owner, priority, and status columns; build a tracking sheet of the domains most cited by AI; build a HeyReach lead list for authors of list articles cited by AI; find silent HeyReach conversations and draft follow-ups; create a marketing campaign in HubSpot and record outreach publishers; publish a LinkedIn post answering what AI currently answers incorrectly; update competitor battle cards in Notion and create an AEO outreach tracking database, and so on.
