About this tool

Albato is an all-in-one automation and embedded integration platform for SaaS platforms, with a core positioning of enabling products to become AI-native and quickly embed white-label integration and AI agent capabilities.

Purpose

Albato primarily serves teams that want to build app integrations and AI agents into their own SaaS products. Through white-label embedded iPaaS, users can embed native integrations for 1000+ apps and AI agents into their products in the form of iFrame, API, or MCP without needing to build their own development team, allowing end users to complete tasks without leaving the product, thereby improving retention and reducing churn.

Main Capabilities

  • AI Agent Embedding: Embed white-label, customer-facing AI agents into products, connecting to 1000+ apps, covering scenarios such as CRM, marketing, sales, support, HR, and finance, and providing 20,000+ actions.
  • Unified MCP: Connect existing AI agents to 1000+ apps through Albato Unified MCP, reducing token consumption and API bloat.
  • Tool-Level Observability: Every MCP call, retry, and error is tracked in one dashboard, supporting per-tenant tool restrictions, setting guardrails, and auditing AI operations.
  • White-Label Integration Embedding: Provides 1000+ prebuilt connectors, supports iFrame or Universal API, and users can directly call any trigger and action from their own UI.
  • Conversational Copilot: Users describe automation needs in natural language, and Copilot handles apps, triggers, field mapping, and workflow setup in the background, supporting conversational building.
  • Solutions and Custom Apps: Provides one-click templates and can build connectors on demand.
  • Multi-Tenancy and Security: Per-customer OAuth, permission scopes, and data isolation; supports hot-swappable LLMs (one-click switching between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.); connector reliability tracking; enterprise-grade visibility, 60-day log retention, and GDPR compliance.

How to Use

Users can choose the integration layer or the AI agent layer, or use both at the same time. There are three integration models: iFrame, Headless API, and MCP. Embedded setup is mainly completed by the engineering team for initial configuration: after embedding the iFrame into an agent subdomain, configure users and create SSO connections through the Embedded API. ThenPost-GTM teams can manage integrations without a developer bottleneck. Albato maintains connectors and ships API updates.

When to use it

Suitable for SaaS platforms that want to expose integrations and AI agents as product capabilities, especially for scenarios requiring white-labeling, multi-tenancy, enterprise-grade security and compliance, and fast launch. Typical customers include RD Station and others.

Limitations and notes

  • The Pro plan starts at $5,000/month and includes 5,000,000 transactions, unlimited connectors, a staging environment, and a Slack hotline; custom capacity, advanced customization, self-hosting, or a managed private cloud require upgrading to the Custom/Enterprise tier. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
  • Building integrations in-house takes about 4–7 months and about $150K; buying from Albato starts in 30 days, from $5,000/month.
  • Billing is only for successful actions, not for triggers or API polling; overages are not charged automatically.
  • Processes 250M+ transactions per month.
  • SOC 2 Type 2 annual audit, GDPR compliant, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption in transit, decryption keys stored on a separate secure server, EU/US data residency available (Custom plan).
  • 99.9% uptime SLA, AWS multi-region deployment, regular penetration testing, OWASP coding standards, SAST in the development lifecycle.
  • Custom connectors are usually delivered within 2 weeks; Pro and above can build 2 per month, with no additional build fee.
  • Pro and above provide first-line user support.
  • Supports bring your own LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure, or self-hosted).
  • End-to-end white-labeling, including the OAuth consent screen not showing Albato; Pro and above offer a gray-label "Integration Hub" to speed up launch.
  • Supports MCP and modern agent frameworks; any MCP-compatible agent can call tools natively.
  • Each agent requires explicit authorization to call apps, update records, or trigger sub-workflows, and all operations have a complete audit trail.
  • Connector data is never analyzed or stored; automation logs are retained for 60 days, with an opt-out option.
  • Isolation by tenant: each end user's OAuth token is stored separately, and tenant boundaries are enforced in all calls.
  • Deployed in 2 availability zones, VPN-only access, only authorizedpersonnel can access.
