Tobira.ai is an agent network platform for enterprises and AI agents that turns websites into AI agents capable of answering questions and driving sales.
Purpose
Tobira is designed to solve the problem that when B2B buyers conduct purchasing research through AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, enterprise websites cannot effectively participate. It enables websites to respond to questions from both people and AI agents with structured data, and guide them toward outcomes such as booking a demo, starting a trial, or making a purchase.
Main Capabilities
- Answering questions: Builds a knowledge base from public materials such as websites, price lists, PDFs, and FAQs, and answers questions about solutions, pricing, seat counts, integrations, SSO, and more using text or structured data. If the materials do not contain an answer, the agent will honestly say so and propose a phone call rather than making something up.
- Driving sales: Identifies buyer intent, schedules demo meetings on the sales calendar, sends trial links, processes paid orders, and can complete payments within the component via Stripe.
- Handling security reviews: Fills out questionnaires based on security documentation and flags the parts that require human involvement.
- Agent-to-agent communication: Each website agent can have a public address (similar to an email-style agent address), and agents from other companies can first match needs with it, then bring qualified leads once a fit is confirmed.
- Lead management: Conversation results are labeled with their source (such as via ChatGPT, via Claude) and outcome, pushed to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or CRM, and can be handed off to a human with context.
- Public files: Automatically generates files such as llms.txt, agent.json, and AGENTS.md for visiting AI agents to read and converse with directly.
- Knowledge refresh: Refreshes knowledge content from the website monthly or weekly depending on the plan.
- Optional monetization: The agent can be set up as a paid subscription, where visitors subscribe under your brand to an AI built from your professional content, and Tobira takes 15% of subscription revenue.
How to Use
- Enter the website address, and Tobira automatically scans and generates all the documents required by AI agents, giving you a draft agent before the demo.
- Users add their own documents and set the tone, rules, and things that must not be promised.
- Complete setup and go live on your own within minutes, and test it on real questions.
- Leads are delivered via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or CRM.
It can also be used through MCP or API, using any MCP client such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex to set up agents and update pricing, services, and rules.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for enterprises that want their websites to directly sell, book demos, offer trials, or handle security questionnaires, and especially suitable for scenarios such as B2B SaaS, fintech, and logistics where buyers compare tools through AI before making contact.
Limitations
- Only public information is shared; private notes and internal documents are never disclosed and are not shown to people or AI agents.
- Data is subject to GDPR, and paid plans provide a data processing agreement.
- You can bring your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key, or bring your own agent; when bringing your own key, model usage fees are paid directly to the provider.
- Pricing is in USD and excludes tax; conversation counts are approximate, and failed responses are free.
- Quotas such as the number of conversations, knowledge pages, file size, and voice minutes differ by plan, and some features such as brand customization, customer accounts, payments, voice, and multi-channel require the Business plan or above.
- Integrations are set up per project, and you need to inform us of the tools you use, such as your CRM, during the first demo to confirm the scope.
- The specific list of supported models, details of CRM integrations, and similar information are not fully enumerated in the materials and need to be confirmed through a demo.
