PhantomFlow was once positioned as an AI-driven social media automation platform, helping small teams maintain continuous social media marketing. Its features may have included post scheduling, social listening, and reply suggestions. However, according to information on the official page, PhantomFlow is gradually shutting down and will no longer continue operating as a standalone product.
Officially, former PhantomFlow users are advised to move to Funkel AI. Funkel AI is not a direct replacement for PhantomFlow's social scheduling tool, but instead extends the automation approach to outbound marketing scenarios: by learning your buyer persona, it finds potential customers on LinkedIn and X who show purchase intent, and drafts outreach messages based on why each lead was discovered, which are ultimately sent after user approval.
Funkel AI's main capabilities include: after pasting a product URL, the AI generates a buyer persona for review; selecting the signals that indicate someone is worth contacting; approving the first LinkedIn, X, or email message before it is sent; retaining the source, match level, and reason for appearance for each lead; and within a 30-day usage period, if no qualified leads matching the buyer persona are found, a refund can be requested.
How to use it: users first paste the URL of the product they want to grow, confirm the AI-generated buyer persona, select the signals that trigger contact, and then review and approve the first outreach message. Funkel AI emphasizes keeping approval in the workflow to avoid black-box automation.
For former PhantomFlow users, the official offer provides a 40% discount migration code, which can be entered in the Stripe promotion code field, and the discounted price will be displayed before payment. Funkel AI is a paid signup, and the 30-day guarantee requires requesting a refund when the conditions are met.
Limitations and notes: PhantomFlow is shutting down, and no further details about the status of the original service are currently provided; Funkel AI's specific pricing, complete feature list, supported platforms, and other details have not yet been provided. Users should note that the official text is mainly aimed at migration promotion and does not comprehensively introduce PhantomFlow's own features.
