Bryckel is an AI agent platform for the commercial real estate (CRE) landlord side. It does not build a standalone portal or new platform; instead, through MCP (Model Context Protocol), it connects expert-built commercial real estate agents directly into the Claude and ChatGPT that users already use—as a connector in Claude and as a plugin in ChatGPT. Files land in the user's own folders, with no migration, no pilot, and no need to build prompts yourself.
Main capabilities
Bryckel provides CRE agents built by industry experts (with decades of brokerage and operations experience) for landlord-side leasing and transaction work. For asset management, property management, leasing management teams, and landlord representative brokers, supported functions include: lease abstraction, clause reports, critical dates, tenant mix, letters of intent (LOI), and listing pitch decks. Retail agents are now live, with office and industrial planned for launch in November. Estoppels are marked as coming soon.
For leasing management teams, Bryckel can generate long-form abstracts with clause citations, cross-portfolio clause reports and critical dates, as well as tenant mix and leasing leads to fill vacancies. For landlord representative brokers, it can draft, redline, and compare each new LOI based on each landlord's standard terms and combined with the deals you have completed for that landlord in the past, and it also provides listing pitch materials and tenant leasing leads, net effective rent, and brief summaries.
How it works
The steps to use it are: add Bryckel in Claude or ChatGPT; link your document folders; then give instructions directly in natural language, such as "summarize this lease" or "redline this LOI against this landlord's past deals." Word and Excel files are generated in your folders, with citations and markup, and are ultimately signed off by a human. New and updated agents are automatically pushed to every user. The subscription includes guided setup and training.
Bryckel says that for a single simple lease, general-purpose AI can often complete the summary; but for long-form abstracts involving amendments, options, and assignments, general-purpose AI is prone to errors, such as overlooking which amendment controls or what has changed. BrycKel's agent applies each amendment in order, cites source clauses, and flags ambiguous provisions for review.
Data and privacy
Bryckel states that it does not use user data to train AI. Documents are used only to fulfill the user's request and are deleted within 24 hours. Bryckel does not retain copies of user portfolios.
Relationship with lease management software
Bryckel is not a replacement for lease management software. Systems such as Yardi and MRI store key dates and rent; Bryckel is responsible for reading the full lease (including every amendment), giving teams cited answers within minutes, such as whether subletting or assignment is permitted, what uses are acceptable for a vacant unit without violating an exclusivity clause, and what the health status of each lease is, thereby reducing time spent searching through documents and external lawyer hours used only to confirm lease contents. Lease redlining remains the responsibility of lawyers.
Difference from DIY prompts
Bryckel emphasizes that self-built Claude skills or prompts drift depending on the user and are maintained by no one; Bryckel provides the entire team with a set of agents built by experts and continuously maintained, thereby ensuring consistent standards.
Use cases
These include lease management, acquisitions and due diligence (batch summaries can be produced according to the due diligence window), and landlord representative brokers (each LOI is verified against landlord terms and your deal history). Officially, a way to book a demo based on your own documents is also provided.
Pricing
Monthly subscription per user.
Limitations and not yet available
The materials do not provide the specific subscription price, free trial policy, supported languages, API documentation, the region where data is stored, or a clear launch timeline for asset types other than office and industrial agents; the Estoppels feature is only marked as "coming soon," with no specific date yet.
