Deep learning is changing the world, and the fast.ai project is dedicated to making deep learning easier to use. This deep learning andAI learning websiteprovides a series of free AI learning resources and courses:
- Free AI courses for programmers
- Software libraries
- Cutting-edge research
- and the AI community
fast.ai's slogan is, "The world needs everyone involved with AI, no matter how unlikely your background."
Making neural nets uncool again. Being cool means being exclusive, which is exactly the opposite of what fast.ai wants. They want to make deep learning as easy as possible—including for those who use less cool languages like C#, less cool operating systems like Windows (which most people in the world use), less cool datasets (much smaller than anything from Google, and in fields you might consider obscure) and less cool backgrounds (even if you didn't attend a top prestigious school like Stanford).
