Latte

AI video

Latte is a Latent Diffusion Transformer for video generation. It first extracts spatiotemporal tokens from input videos, and then models the video distribution in latent space through a series of Transformer blocks. To model the large number of tokens in videos, Latte proposes four efficient variants from the perspective of decomposing the spatial and temporal dimensions of input videos. Through rigorous experimental analysis, best practices are determined, including video clip patch embedding, model variants, timestep-class information injection, temporal positional embedding, and learning strategies. Comprehensive evaluation shows that Latte achieves state-of-the-art performance at the time on four standard video generation datasets: FaceForensics, SkyTimelapse, UCF101, and Taichi-HD. In addition, Latte is extended to text-to-video (T2V) generation, and the results are comparable to recent T2V models. This work provides valuable insights for future research on integrating Transformers into diffusion models for video generation.

LaunchBert

AI video

Motion Control AI (LaunchBert) is an AI motion control video generation tool that transfers dance, body movements, and camera rhythm from a reference video onto a character image to generate motion-controlled AI videos. Users upload a character image and a reference motion video, and the tool maps the motion timing, movement direction, and camera movement from the reference video onto the character while maintaining the character's facial features, clothing, and style as consistently as possible. The tool requires no animation, motion capture, or editing experience, and no manual keyframe setup, making it suitable for short video creators, dance entertainment channels, AI artists, character animators, virtual human teams, marketing and e-commerce teams, and small studios, for vertical social videos such as TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, as well as character animation, virtual humans, advertising and marketing, and creative previsualization. The workflow supports controls such as standard or professional quality, character orientation, background source, and optional text prompts; tasks that fail to generate on the platform side automatically return reserved credits. A free credit trial path is provided, along with annual billing plans and one-time credit packs, and motion control capabilities can also be integrated into your own products via API.

LaunchReel

AI video

LaunchReel is a Claude Code plugin for editing talking-head videos. It can automatically cut filler words (such as "um" and "uh") and retakes, add subtitles and zoom effects, and allows users to pin comments on any frame to make corrections for that location. Users only need to record a video of themselves speaking, and then with a simple one-sentence instruction, Claude can complete the rough cut, subtitle addition, zooming, and other operations. The tool supports publishing videos directly from a code repository, with output formats of 16:9 or 9:16, and supports up to 4K resolution. It provides a Studio interface for users to adjust manually, supports pinning comments on frames or clicking to modify text, and small edits require no additional prompts. LaunchReel also provides original music and voiceover, as well as a complete operation manual. Pricing is divided into three tiers: Creator, Pro, and Studio, supports monthly subscriptions, is settled in US dollars, and Dodo Payments handles taxes and invoices.
