julep

AI agents

Julep is a developer-oriented AI agent framework whose core idea is to build agents as composable, durable dataflows rather than ad hoc loops. Its flows can recover after a crash, retry safely, and explain each step through derived projections, while rejecting tools that the model was not explicitly allowed to call. The main way to write them is the define-by-construction @flow: graph steps are defined using ordinary Python names, and registered tools, pures, reasoners, branches, fan-out, retries, timeouts, and so on all compile to the same frozen wire-format IR. The pure core has no dependencies, and the Temporal layer is optional. Julep 3 is currently a release candidate, and installation requires the --pre flag. The accompanying julep command-line tool is described as "dbt for agents, terminal-native"; it can be pointed at a directory to discover all @flow / Agent(...) and treat them as nodes in a cross-agent graph, and it provides a unified selection syntax. The project uses the Apache-2.0 license.

Juro

AI productivity

Juro is an intelligent contract management platform for teams that uses native AI automation to help users complete creation, review, negotiation, approval, and signing throughout the entire contract lifecycle. It supports quickly generating contracts from legal-controlled templates, or generating contracts directly from integrated CRMs or ATSs, and brings third-party contracts into the workflow. Its AI agents can automatically review and annotate contract redlines, and users can also ask questions about contracts in natural language, using AI Extract and Operator to extract key information for tighter management. Juro officially states that it has processed 3 million contracts for the world's fastest-growing companies.

JustMarkdown

Other AI tools

JustMarkdown is a document-to-Markdown workspace that converts sources such as PDF, EPUB, Word, Excel, PPTX, HTML, images, and audio into clean Markdown, and lets you continue reading, annotating, asking AI questions, and exporting within the same space. It supports 18 input formats and 31 tools, and provides an MCP server that can be invoked in MCP clients such as Claude and Cursor. The official statement says the remote endpoint can be used anonymously with a small daily quota, and an API Key is optional to unlock OCR and higher limits.
