Acheron MCP Server 是一个用于桥接 Claude Chat、Code 和 Cowork 之间上下文的 MCP 服务器，核心功能是提供跨界面的共享持久记忆。你可以在 Chat 中保存一个决策，在 Cowork 中检索它，在 Code 中搜索它；所有数据均在本地、离线运行，零配置。
用途：解决 Claude 不同使用界面之间上下文不互通的问题，让对话中产生的决策、笔记等信息可以在不同界面之间复用。
主要能力：
- 跨界面共享记忆：连接 Chat、Code、Cowork 和 Dispatch。
- 本地存储：上下文保存在本地 SQLite 数据库（~/.acheron/bridge.db）中，支持全文搜索。
- 离线与隐私：无云端、无网络调用、无遥测，数据永不离开本机。
- 六个工具：均以 bridge_ 为前缀。
- 自然语言调用：工具描述经过编写，Claude 会自动使用这些工具。
使用方式： 推荐使用 Claude Desktop 连接所有界面——Chat、Code、Cowork 和 Dispatch，这是实现完整跨界面桥接的推荐设置。打开 Claude Desktop → Settings → Developer → Edit Config，然后添加配置并重启 Claude Desktop。 如果只需要在 Claude Code（终端 / IDE）中使用 Acheron，需要 Node.js 20+。better-sqlite3 可能需要原生构建工具。 使用时直接用自然语言交流即可：
- 保存上下文——说“remember this”、“save this decision”、“note that we chose X”：例如“Remember: we're using Next.js App Router for the acme-site project.”
- 搜索上下文——说“what did I decide about...”、“find my notes on...”：例如“What did we decide about the authentication approach?”
- 浏览上下文——说“show me my preferences”、“list all decisions for this project”：例如“Show me everything saved for acme-site.”
适用场景：需要在 Claude 不同界面之间保持上下文一致的开发或协作工作流；希望在本机离线保存和检索对话决策、笔记与偏好设置的场景。
限制与注意事项：
- 需要 Node.js 20+（Claude Code 单独使用时）。
- better-sqlite3 可能需要原生构建工具：macOS 使用 xcode-select --install；Linux 使用 sudo apt install build-essential；Windows 使用 Visual Studio Build Tools。
- 数据库问题可删除 ~/.acheron/bridge.db，Acheron 会在下次启动时重新创建。
