Pengcheng Laboratory (also known as the Shenzhen Provincial Laboratory of Cyberspace Science and Technology) is a new-type research institution in the field of network communications approved by the Central Government, integrating breakthrough-oriented, leading-oriented, and platform-oriented functions. It was established in March 2018 and is mainly engaged in research on strategic, forward-looking major scientific issues and key core technologies in this field.
