About this tool

Botconsole is a no-code AI assistant design and conversation management platform, mainly aimed at small and medium-sized businesses or teams that want to use AI bots to automatically handle customer communication, appointments, sales, and inquiries. Without programming, users can create AI assistants for Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, SMS, and the web, and manage all conversations, contacts, and requests in a unified CRM.

Main capabilities

  • Multi-channel bots: Create a scenario (flow) once and run it across all connected channels, including Telegram bots, website widgets, and embedded forms, without having to build a separate bot for each channel.
  • No-code building: Quickly generate a launch-ready bot through a step-by-step wizard by selecting an industry and task and adding business data; afterward, the logic can be further adjusted in the visual builder.
  • Business knowledge answers: Upload materials such as price lists, service descriptions, and instructions, or connect dynamic data from Google Sheets, so the bot can answer customer questions and help choose products based on this information.
  • Task execution: The bot can schedule appointments and save them to a calendar, save requests to a spreadsheet, send payment links in chat, support payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal, Cloudpayments, and Cryptomus, and set up recurring subscriptions.
  • Unified CRM: Conversations, contacts, and requests are managed centrally, and logs, session analytics, customer source pages, and UTM tags can be viewed at any time; when necessary, a human can step into the conversation, and the chat history is retained.
  • Human handoff: Scenario logic can be configured so that under specific conditions (such as the customer requesting a human or the AI being unable to answer), the conversation is transferred to a live operator.
  • Bulk sending: Create bulk sends in the "Sendings" menu, supporting text, image plus text, video, audio, and documents; you can set the sending time, select a bot, filter by user language and gender, specify recipient IDs, add buttons, and view send results and error statistics.
  • File management: Add files in the Files menu on the builder page, where you can set the title, description, tags, category, upload method (computer, link, YouTube), file type, audio duration, performer, video width and height, number of resends, follow-up files to send, rating, and more, for sending to users, building inline menus, or generating content via a neural network.
  • Integrations and extensions: Supports ready-made integrations such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp; if your CRM is not in the list, you canTransfer collected variables (name, phone, request content, etc.) directly from the builder via Webhooks or custom API requests, or contact support to add missing integrations.
  • Referral program: invite customers and earn rewards, receiving income as long as they continue to pay.
  • Templates: ready-made solution templates are provided, which can be adjusted based on the templates to suit your own tasks.

How to use

  1. After registering, click the "Add bot" button on the Bots page of your personal account.
  2. Add the required connections (e.g., Telegram, Widget).
  3. Configure the bot logic in the builder, or use a ready-made template and adjust it.
  4. Use the wizard to select your industry and tasks, add business data, and complete the bot setup step by step.
  5. Upload knowledge base materials (documents, price lists) or connect Google Sheets for dynamic data.
  6. Configure scenario logic, payment links, calendar bookings, form saving, etc.
  7. Monitor conversations in the CRM and intervene manually when necessary.
  8. Use the broadcast feature to send messages to users.

Use cases

  • Appointment-based: book appointments, lawyer consultation appointments, etc. The bot can find time slots and save appointments to the calendar.
  • Sales-based: help customers choose products and guide them to checkout.
  • Consultation-based: clarify details and hand the prepared request over to the team.
  • Customer support: answer common questions based on business knowledge, and transfer to a human when unable to answer.
  • Marketing broadcasts: filter users by language, gender, etc. to send notifications or promotional content.

Limitations and billing notes

  • Free plan: includes one bot, Telegram, and the scenario builder, with command and block limits (see the comparison table); the website widget is available within 14 days after bot creation; no credit card is required to register.
  • Paid plan trial: PRO offers a 14-day trial, requires a credit card, and no charge is made on the starting day; after the trial ends, the first payment is automatically made unless canceled in advance; PRO access is maintained during the trial.
  • Contact definition: a contact is a unique person who has sent a message to any bot on any channel; limits apply to the entire account rather than a single bot; counting is cumulative, and deleting conversations or contacts does not reduce the count.
  • Exceeding the contact limit: the bot stops replying and a notification to upgrade the plan is received; a warning is also received when approaching the limit; service can be restored by upgrading the plan or purchasing additional contact packages.
  • AI reply counting: AI limits are calculated per day and reset daily; AI replies in chats (including the "AI dialog" block in scenarios) and AI assistant requests in the builder are counted separately; the free plan does not provide AI Features.
  • AI replies exhausted: AI features are paused until the end of the day and reset the next day; if the limit is reached frequently, you can choose a plan with a higher daily quota.
  • Knowledge base snippets: uploaded documents and pages are split into small snippets for the bot to search for answers; limited to the number of snippets per account; the free plan does not provide a knowledge base.
  • Additional resources: any paid plan can purchase additional bot and contact packages, billed together with the subscription; see "Add-on resources" for prices.
  • Billing cycle: annual payment charges the full year at once and includes a discount; monthly and annual plans have the same limits and features.
  • Upgrade: the new plan takes effect immediately, the unused portion is credited, and you only pay the difference.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle, and the current plan remains in effect during that period; additional bots and contacts do not carry over.
  • Exceeding user limits: the bot will not stop working; you can purchase a 10,000 extra user package for $10 per month without switching to a more expensive plan.
  • Canceling subscription: turn off auto-renewal in the "Plan" section of the account and keep access until the end of the paid cycle, after which it changes to the free plan.
  • Payment methods: bank credit card; subscriptions renew automatically, and a reminder is sent before the end of the cycle.
  • Refunds: no refunds are provided; package payments are final.
  • Channels: channels depend on the plan, see the comparison table; Telegram is available on all plans.
  • Withdrawal: first provide payment information on the settings page, then select the method and amount in the Withdrawal tab of the Balance page; the minimum withdrawal amount is $100, and withdrawal requests are processed every Monday (Greenwich Mean Time).
  • User inflation: the platform takes a negative stance on user inflation and automatically analyzes connection statistics; if artificial user inflation is detected, the bot will be flagged, all inactive users will be removed, and new users will need to show a captcha; ads for flagged bots will be disabled, thereby cutting off the opportunity to make money through the bot.

Other notes

  • Bot behavior control: AI behavior can be fully controlled through system prompts (instructions), strictly limiting the knowledge base to user materials only, and specifying a strict role so that it does not go off topic and answers only according to company rules.
  • Bot training: upload text documents, price lists, or connect Google Sheets dynamic data exports through the visual builder, and the bot will use the provided context when generating replies, acting as a consultant.
  • Blog: provides guides on no-code AI chatbots, Telegram automation, and building assistants using real business data.
  • FAQ: the platform provides answers to questions about handoff to a human, CRM integration, multi-channel reuse, AI hallucination, training methods, creating a bot, mass messaging, payments, chat history storage, free use, trial, contact counting, AI reply counting, knowledge base snippets, additional resources, billing cycle, upgrade and downgrade, user limits, canceling subscription, refunds, channels, file addition, withdrawal, and user inflation.
