About this tool

CVUniform is a resume standardization tool for recruitment agencies, used to organize candidate resumes from different sources and with messy formats into unified, reviewable candidate profiles.

Purpose and positioning CVUniform is positioned as a lightweight processing layer between the initial collection of resumes and client submission, rather than a replacement for an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). It emphasizes that no ATS migration is required, no data migration is required, and no rebuilding of existing workflows is required; recruitment teams can keep their existing tool stack and standardize only the resume preparation step.

Main capabilities

  • Convert each resume into a unified, clear structure, extracting fields such as identity information, job role, skills, work experience, education background, and languages.
  • Flag missing fields, unclear information, or low-confidence information to remind the team to verify before exporting.
  • Support multilingual resume input: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic; the final profile can retain the original language or be generated in a selected output language.
  • Output includes both clean, consistent candidate documents and structured candidate data that can be imported into spreadsheets, for tracking, reporting, and candidate list management.
  • Support single resume upload as well as batch processing, suitable for recruitment processes with high intake volume.
  • Use available recruitment consultant profile formats to maintain consistency in client submission materials.

How to use

  1. Upload a PDF or DOCX resume, or batch upload from the team's existing folders, email, or shared drive.
  2. Choose from the available profile formats provided by CVUniform, and decide whether to retain the original language or select an output language.
  3. Review the extracted contact details, work experience, education background, skills, languages, and warning prompts to confirm the candidate information.
  4. Download the clean candidate profile, and export structured data for tracking in Sheets or Excel. The entire process emphasizes "review first, export later"; it is not a black-box parsing process that pushes unreviewed data directly downstream.

Applicable scenarios

  • Recruitment agencies, staffing companies, headhunters, RPO teams, and teams led by recruitment consultants that receive large numbers of resumes in inconsistent formats.
  • Quickly prepare candidate profiles in a unified format before organizing candidate lists or submitting to clients.
  • Provide hiring managers with a consistent candidate view without changing the existing workflow.
  • Recruitment scenarios that require standardized processing across multilingual resumes.
  • Teams that need to reuse candidate data for tracking, reporting, and candidate list management.

Limitations and notes

  • CVUniform is not an ATS, and is not responsible for candidate tracking systemfunctions.
  • The current MVP supports digital PDF and DOCX resumes; image-based scanned PDFs are not the current focus.
  • Workspace users can use the profile formats provided by the platform and export reviewed candidate profiles; self-service upload of additional DOCX formats is currently not supported.
  • Data security: the tool does not sell, share, or reuse resume data; resumes uploaded to the public demo are deleted within 24 hours; workspace uploads and processing outputs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
  • Pricing is denominated in euros, excluding applicable taxes, which may be calculated and added at checkout; all paid plans include one month free. Detailed price tier figures are not currently provided.
