Pixelvibe was originally Rosebud's first 2D game asset generation tool, and is now integrated into a suite of AI game asset generation tools covering 2D, animation, 3D, and skyboxes, all usable under the same account.
Purpose Aimed at game developers, indie creators, and prototypers, it generates art assets directly usable in games from text prompts or reference images, with no design skills required.
Main capabilities 2D game asset generator: Describe character sprites, props, item icons, UI frames, backgrounds, or tiles, and it generates an image directly usable in a game. Sprites, icons, UI, and avatar portraits are output with the background removed, ready to drop into a scene. Prompts can specify pixel art, isometric, hand-drawn, or other styles, and it can generate tile sets made of matching floor, wall, and terrain tiles. Outputs PNG, and asset types that need a transparent background are provided with one. Supports Unity, Godot, GameMaker, Phaser, Construct, and Roblox Studio. Pricing starts at 250 credits per image.
Sprite sheet and animation generator: Turn a character or prop into an animated pixel sprite. You can choose idle, walk, attack, or jump, or describe a custom action, with top-down, isometric, or side-view perspectives supported. Each export includes frame timing and pivot points, so the animation plays in-engine exactly as previewed. Produces transparent PNG sprite sheets, JSON frame data, and GIFs, and supports Godot, Unity, Phaser, and any engine that can slice sprite sheets. Costs are calculated in credits, with a quote before you start.
3D model generator: Turn a photo, sketch, or short description into a textured 3D model, choosing between Rosie, Tripo, and Meshy, with pricing shown in advance. Text-generated humanoid characters can be rigged and animated for free. Thousands of ready-made models can be downloaded for free. Produces GLB with materials; humanoid characters can get rigged and animated versions for free. Supports Three.js, Godot, Blender, Unity (via glTF import), and Unreal. Costs credits per model; rigging and animation are free; library models are free.
Skybox generator: Describe a sky, planetary surface, or deep-space scene to generate a seamless 360° skybox, previewable at 360° before downloading. Any skybox can be converted into a six-face cubemap, including a version named specifically for Roblox. There are hundreds of free skyboxes in the library. Produces 2880×1440 equirectangular WebP (library skyboxes are 4096×2048), cubemaptexture ZIP, and Roblox ZIP. Supports Three.js, Unity, Unreal, Godot, Blender, and Roblox. 2,000 credits per skybox; library skyboxes are free.
How to use Step one, choose a generator: 2D assets, sprite animation, 3D models, or skyboxes, or start from free library assets. Step two, describe the asset: state the style you want; the 3D generator also accepts reference images, and pricing is shown before you start. Step three, preview the result and download engine-ready files, or bring them into a Rosebud game to use.
Use cases and limitations All downloads are standard files that can be read by Unity, Godot, Unreal, GameMaker, Phaser, Three.js, and Roblox, with no plugins or converters needed. You can also have the AI Rosie generate the same kinds of assets in the Rosebud game editor and connect them to your project code. Sound effects and music are generated in the Rosebud editor, at 250 credits per sound effect and 1,550 credits per music track. Paid plans include commercial usage rights. There is no fixed limit on the number of generations; it is constrained by your credit balance, and free accounts receive new credits every day. 3D models generated from uploaded images are static; text-generated humanoid characters can be rigged and animated for free, while retaining the static model.
