About this tool

ORANO's purpose is to process the videos and reference materials you save or upload, turning "watch later" into usable results. It supports Reels, Shorts, social videos, YouTube, X posts, carousels, posts, articles, PDFs, code repositories, and videos uploaded from your phone.

Main capabilities: ORANO analyzes speech, visuals, on-screen text, and source context (posts, captions, and surrounding links) simultaneously, producing summaries, key points, and next-step plans when the video is actionable. For example, recipes become steps, recommendations retain key options, and explainer videos retain a clear summary. It also supports asking questions across your saved content, with answers drawn from your library, memory, and the web, with sources cited.

How to use it: Share a Reel or social post, paste a video link, or upload a video from your phone; ORANO watches, listens, and reads, then returns results. Through MCP, you can hand projects to compatible clients such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor, letting agents read projects, sources, tasks, research, and memory, but with read-only access, so they cannot modify your account or projects. You can also set completion notifications.

Use cases: Suitable for turning saved social videos, tutorials, recommendations, and articles into summaries and action lists, or letting your own agents read your library.

Limitations and pricing: ORANO is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. ORANO Pro is an optional in-app subscription; specific plans and regional prices are shown by Apple and Google before purchase. Agent access through ORANO MCP is a separate $5 per month web plan.
