Purpose
Actionize is used to quickly create Actions (actions/skills) for custom GPTs, enabling GPTs to connect to external applications, data sources, and automation workflows. It is positioned as the "glue" between GPTs and automation platforms, with the goal of saving users the trouble of writing OpenAPI specifications or researching how to use each API.
Main Capabilities
- No-code creation of Actions: Use familiar automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.com to connect data sources or create tasks.
- Centralized management of Actions: Manage all of a GPT's Actions in Actionize's unified interface, and describe each connection and Action individually to help the AI understand its purpose.
- One-click code generation: Export all Actions as code snippets to paste directly into ChatGPT's GPT creator.
- Scope of app integrations: Any app that exists on a supported automation platform can be connected; the officially listed mainstream platforms include Zapier, Make.com, ActivePieces, n8n, IFTTT, Albato, and Pabbly, and it states that any service exposing a Webhook can be connected.
- Coming soon: direct native integrations.
How to Use
Officially described in three steps:
- Create Actions in a no-code way—connect data sources or create tasks on platforms such as Zapier and Make.com.
- Link Actions in Actionize—manage all of the GPT's Actions with an intuitive interface, and describe to the AI how each connection and Action is used.
- Generate code for the GPT—export all Actions as code snippets with one click, and paste them into ChatGPT's GPT creator.
Use Cases and Limitations
Use cases: creators who want their custom GPTs to call external applications or automation workflows. It is officially stated that more than 100 Makers are already using it. Limitations and prerequisites:
- Creating a custom GPT with Actions requires an active ChatGPT Plus subscription; if you do not have a Plus account, you can also use Actionize with the Assistants API.
- App integrations depend on the corresponding automation platform (such as Zapier) to be completed; Actionize only relays data between the platform and GPT, and states that it does not store or log this data.
- It is currently in the Alpha stage, offered as a one-time payment, pay once, own forever, in limited supply.
Pricing
The pricing information shown on the official page is as follows (in USD; VAT or other taxes may be charged separately, with secure payment via Lemon Squeezy):
- First batch $17 (sold out)
- First batch $37 (sold out)

After Purchase
Official statement: After purchase, you will receive early access to Actionize and onboarding resources; in addition to the lifetime deal, you can also choose to participate behind the scenes of the product and influence it through feedback.
What Are GPTs and Actions
According to the official explanation, a GPT is a custom version of ChatGPT that combines instructions, additional knowledge, and any combination of skills; Actions are the skills that let a GPT integrate external data or interact with the real world.
