Purpose
LeadAce is an autonomous outbound sales agent (AI sales representative) that runs in the browser, primarily aimed at sales scenarios using Claude Code. It helps users build prospect lists, conduct website research for each company, write and send outbound emails, and improve strategy based on every reply and rejection.
Main Capabilities
- Prospect Discovery: Based on the website provided by the user, LeadAce proposes target customers and contact methods.
- Company Research: Conducts website research for each prospect.
- Email Writing and Sending: Writes one email for each company, sends it from the user's own Gmail mailbox, and requires user approval before sending.
- Reply Tracking: Reads the inbox to capture replies.
- Strategy Learning: Learns from each rejection and improves strategy, including structured rejection feedback (such as reconnect requests, decision-maker referrals, and irrelevant industry clusters).
- Email Loop: Research, writing, sending, and reply collection all run server-side, and a daily loop can be scheduled in chat or project settings.
- Optional Claude Plugin: Runs the same work in Claude Cowork or Claude Code, and adds browser capabilities to send contact form messages and SNS direct messages, as well as check SNS replies.
How to Use
Hosted Service: Use Google sign-in at app.leadace.ai (free version, no credit card required). LeadAce requests permission to send emails from Gmail and to read the inbox. Paste a website in chat, LeadAce proposes targets and contact methods, and the user can modify and approve them. Emails require approval before sending and are sent from the user's own inbox. More Google accounts and SMTP mailboxes can be added in account settings.
Claude Plugin (Optional): Suitable for Claude Cowork (inside the Claude desktop app) or Claude Code, and requires an Anthropic Pro or Max plan (verified on macOS). A LeadAce account, a connected Gmail account, Gmail MCP, and a browser are also required (only needed for the browser channel). Installation method: in Claude Desktop, go through Customize → Plugins → Add from a repository → aitit-inc/leadace → Install → Connectors → Connect to install and connect, then Customize → Connectors → LeadAce → Connect and sign in with Google. You can also use a one-line command in the terminal (Claude Code). The first time a LeadAce tool is called, the browser opens for Google sign-in, and the token is cached locally.
Self-hosting: The backend can be deployed on your own Cloudflare + Supabase. The self-hosted version runs on an unlimited tier—no Stripe, no caps. See docs/self-host.md for details. Local development requires one-time setup of the environment template, filling in Supabase keys, creating a Google OAuth client, and exporting environment variables, then starting the entire stack with a single command.
Use cases
- Teams or individuals who need to automate outbound sales processes.
- Sales scenarios where you want to send personalized outbound emails from your own mailbox and track replies.
- Scenarios that require self-hosting to control data and internal organizational use.
Limitations
- User approval is required before emails are sent.
- Browser channels (contact forms, SNS direct messages) require Claude Desktop to remain open and a default browser to be selected in advance; SNS direct messages and SNS reply checking require Claude in Chrome.
- Scheduled runs can only reach the browser when Claude Desktop is open.
- Hosted service free version limits: 30 leads (lifetime), 1 project, 1 mailbox, 500 stored leads; paid plans start at $49 per month and include 100 leads per month (a lead is counted once when the first message is sent, and follow-ups are free).
- The license is modified Apache 2.0, with additional conditions: you may not provide multi-tenant SaaS to third parties without a commercial license from SurpassOne Inc. (self-hosting for use by your own organization is permitted); any deployment that exposes the LeadAce console must retain the frontend logo and copyright.
- For commercial licensing inquiries, contact leo.uno@surpassone.com.
- Google sign-in and Gmail sending in self-hosted local development use different client credentials.
