用途

Perspective AI MCP Server 是 Perspective AI 的 MCP（Model Context Protocol）服务器。其核心用途是让 AI 助手能够直接在兼容 MCP 的客户端（如 Claude Desktop、Claude Code、Cursor 等）中操作 Perspective AI 平台，用自适应的 AI 对话取代传统静态表单，从而理解用户真实情况、自动结构化关键信息并触发下一步操作。

连接后，AI 助手可调用以下 22 个工具，按生命周期阶段分组：

工作区管理

workspace_list：列出可访问的所有工作区
workspace_get：获取工作区详情
workspace_get_default：获取默认工作区

设计与迭代

perspective_list：列出工作区中的 perspective，或跨工作区按名称搜索
perspective_get：获取某 perspective 的完整配置与统计
perspective_create：根据自然语言简报创建新 perspective
perspective_respond：在设计过程中回答后续问题
perspective_update：通过自然语言反馈优化 perspective
perspective_await_job：长轮询等待设计任务完成
perspective_get_preview_link：获取部署前测试的分享预览链接

部署与分发

perspective_get_embed_options：获取嵌入代码片段（fullpage、widget、popup、slider、float、card）与 SDK 参考
participant_invite：创建 48 小时有效的魔法链接邀请，可选通过邮件发送

分析

perspective_get_stats：获取某时间段的聚合统计与分布
perspective_list_conversations：按过滤条件（状态、信任分、日期）列出对话
perspective_get_conversation：获取完整对话详情，包括转录与信任评估
perspective_get_conversations：批量高效获取对话，用于批量分析

自动化

automation_list：列出某 perspective 的自动化及其状态、渠道与元数据
automation_create：创建自动化（Webhook、邮件、Slack、HubSpot）
automation_update：更新现有自动化的字段
automation_delete：永久删除自动化
automation_test：针对模拟对话运行端到端测试
integration_manage：列出提供商（Slack、HubSpot）、连接它们并搜索其工具

使用方式

通过 OAuth 连接（推荐）

将 MCP URL 添加到客户端并完成一次性浏览器登录。令牌不会存入配置文件；每个已连接应用会显示在设置 → 已连接应用中，可随时撤销。MCP URL 对所有人相同。

Cursor（市场，推荐）：打开侧边栏的 Customize，在市场搜索 "Perspective AI"，按提示完成 OAuth 流程。插件包含 MCP 服务器配置及帮助 AI 助手判断何时使用 Perspective 工具的 skill。
Cursor 和 VS Code（手动）：添加到 mcp.json。
Claude.ai（网页和桌面）：打开 Add custom connector 弹窗并填写，点击 Add 后完成 OAuth 浏览器流程。（手动路径：Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector。适用于 Free、Pro、Max、Team 和 Enterprise 计划。）
其他 MCP 客户端：仅支持 stdio 的客户端可使用 mcp-remote，它会自动发现 OAuth 元数据。首次调用 Perspective 工具时，客户端会打开浏览器窗口完成 OAuth，后续请求复用令牌。

通过个人访问令牌连接

如果客户端不支持 OAuth，或希望使用长期令牌认证，可在 Perspective AI 设置 → MCP 生成令牌。

Claude Desktop 一键安装

下载 perspective.mcpb，双击在 Claude Desktop 中打开，点击 Install，按提示粘贴令牌。

从源码构建

构建会在当前目录输出 perspective.mcpb。

适用场景

设计：创建四种对话智能体类型——Interviewer（规模化深度定性访谈）、Concierge（以对话流程替代静态表单）、Evaluator（将无聊问卷变为对话）、Advocate（先倾听，再代表立场、品牌或事业回应）。可浏览 180+ 模板或按角色与行业的用例获取灵感。
部署：在网站上嵌入或向特定参与者发送个性化邀请。
分析：分析对话放弃原因、汇总反馈。
自动化：当对话信任分超过阈值时，推送到 HubSpot 并通知 Slack。

安全与数据

OAuth：通过 OAuth 签发的令牌限定于工作区并绑定到已连接客户端，可在设置 → 已连接应用中随时撤销。
个人访问令牌：PAT 绑定到你的 Perspective AI 账户，授权服务器在你的工作区中代表你操作。可在 getperspective.ai/settings/mcp 生成、轮换或撤销。
传输：所有流量经 TLS 加密。令牌仅通过 Authorization 头发送到 https://getperspective.ai/mcp。
数据驻留：对话数据保留在你的 Perspective AI 工作区内。.mcpb 包是一个轻量 stdio-to-HTTP 代理，不会在本地存储或缓存响应。
