WriteHERE - Open-Source AI Long-Form Writing Framework, Generates Ultra-Long Text in a Single Pass

Author: AI小集 · Original source: AI工具集

What Is WriteHERE

WriteHERE is an AI long-formwritingframework open-sourced by a team led by Jürgen Schmidhuber. WriteHERE is based on Heterogeneous Recursive Planning technology, dynamically decomposing writing tasks into three heterogeneous tasks: retrieval, reasoning, and composition, managing task dependencies based on a directed acyclic graph (DAG), and achieving adaptive execution. WriteHERE can generate professional reports exceeding 40,000 words and 100 pages in a single pass, suitable for novel creation, technical report generation, and many other scenarios. WriteHERE is fully open-source, supports developers in freely invoking heterogeneous Agents, and is expected to reshape the ceiling of AI writing.

WriteHERE

Main Features of WriteHERE

  • Ultra-long text generation in a single pass: Supports generating professional reports exceeding 40,000 words and 100 pages, meeting complex writing needs.
  • Creative and technical content generation: Generates creative stories, novels, technical reports, etc.
  • Dynamic information retrieval: Searches for relevant information in real time during writing.
  • Style consistency: Maintains a consistent writing style and content coherence.
  • Writing process visualization: Displays the writing workflow based on a task dependency graph.

Technical Principles of WriteHERE

  • Heterogeneous task decomposition: Deconstructs the writing process into three heterogeneous tasks: Retrieval, Reasoning, and Composition. Each task has a unique information flow pattern; for example, retrieval tasks obtain information from external sources, reasoning tasks perform logical analysis, and composition tasks generate text. Tasks are recursively decomposed into subtasks until they are broken down into atomic tasks that can be directly executed.
  • Stateful hierarchical scheduling algorithm: Task dependencies are represented by a directed acyclic graph (DAG), and each task has three states: active, suspended, and silent. The system dynamically adjusts the execution order based on task states, ensuring tasks are completed in logical order and supporting real-time feedback and adjustment.
  • Mathematical formalization framework: Abstracts the writing system into a five-tuple: Agent kernel, internal memory, external database, workspace, and input/output interface. Defines the writing planning problem based on mathematical formalization, ensuring the executability of each task and the achievement of the final goal.
