The Brazilian AI store operations assistant platform Visio.ai, which uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to help physical stores reduce costs and save workers' time, has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by DGF Investments, with participation from Alexia Ventures and Scale-Up Ventures.
The company plans to use the raised funds to expand its business and grow its operations in Brazilian food franchise stores and retail stores.
Founded by Matheus Flores (CEO), Gustavo Tamanaka (CTO), David Stanquini (CPO), and Gabriel Flores (CFO), Visio.ai has more than 150 customers in Brazil, including two of the country's largest food franchise chains, Subway and Bob's.
