Inbox management It starts processing emails every morning at 7 and helps you finish your own tasks by 10. Items that only need to be read are moved into three folders—News, Outreach, FYI; emails that need your attention stay in the inbox, and every email that needs a reply is prepared as a ready-to-send draft in your tone. Appointments and deadlines are automatically added to the calendar, and commitments become tasks. You read and send in Outlook and Gmail.
News briefing You subscribed to 20 newsletters but have not read a single one? Protime reads 200 sources, picks out the 5 stories that affect your morning, and delivers them as a ready-made briefing directly into Outlook or Gmail, with no extra tabs. It can also be subscribed to separately: AI marketing news for CHF 29.90 per month (CHF 14.95 for the first month), daily Swiss news for CHF 9.90 per month (CHF 2.00 for the first month).
Protime Register (official register monitoring) Every working day, Protime reads the Swiss official registers, only for companies with which you actually have correspondence. Bankruptcy, creditor summons, debt restructuring: you learn about it the next morning, with the official announcement attached as evidence. Filing deadlines are automatically added to the calendar and reminded two days in advance. For bankruptcy, you are also notified immediately via WhatsApp. When replying to emails from questionable partners, the draft includes a red internal note: make no payment commitment, attach proof. If an email claims new bank details or a new position, Protime checks the commercial register, and if the sender has left the company or there is no relevant announcement, a warning appears in the draft.
Anti-money laundering (AML) package For trustees, wealth managers, and others with anti-money laundering obligations, CHF 39 per month, including PEP (politically exposed person) screening of new executives of business partners, as well as printable audit reports documenting sanctions and PEP checks. The Pro package (CHF 25 per month) includes daily SECO Sanctions list screening.
Registry access (standalone) Direct access to the Swiss commercial register within the AI assistant: companies, managing officers, bankruptcies and officially published debt enforcement notices. You can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini in natural language, and every answer comes with the publication date and source citation. The first three companies can be queried free of charge.
Deal Coach When quotes, fees or contract proposals arrive in the inbox, Deal Coach identifies the negotiation and uses a deterministic bargaining engine (not a guessing chatbot) to calculate a market-anchored counteroffer. It drafts the reply, you read it and send it. Data resides in Germany and Switzerland.
Q&A chat You can ask "What did Clara mention last week?" "What is still outstanding on the Meridian deal?" The chat remembers everything it has read in briefings, the inbox and contacts. Available in Outlook, on the web and on mobile.
