TW-Market Live Data Intelligence is a local-first, governed Taiwan market evidence workbench, designed for operators and AI assistants. Its core process is: validate first, then preview bounded work, and finally, when capabilities permit, explicitly authorize a single execution. The current stable version is v1.0.0, and the development line uses Unified Request/Result/Audit V3 as the preferred authority, while retaining V1/V2 compatibility.
Purpose: This tool is intended to provide evidence with identity, source, timestamp, caveats, and execution provenance for AI discussions, rather than unconditional price claims. It helps human operators in a locally governed path, from request validation to AI-ready handoff, while retaining an independent audit package.
Main capabilities:
- Identity-aware requests: Mode A validates targets against the Taiwan market identity service installed locally.
- Bounded execution: Mode B previews, explicitly authorizes, and executes only one request when governed capabilities can execute it.
- Auditable handoff: Mode C creates canonical results, an independent audit package, and AI-ready Markdown, without dispatching to another market source.
- Persistent Watchlists: Locally installed Watchlists have immutable revisions, optimistic concurrency, and explicit preview/commit changes.
- Official research evidence: Eligible TWSE/TPEX common stocks support the latest completed official material information disclosure batch and the latest available monthly revenue (in New Taiwan dollars, thousands), using official CSV with an explicitly governed official JSON fallback.
- The MCP interface contains exactly six governed tools: market_describe_capabilities, market_validate_request, market_preview_request, market_read_result, market_export_ai_handoff, and market_fetch_evidence.
Usage:
- A fresh installation is in the NOT_INITIALIZED state. Security Master updates are explicit operator actions and may use official external fetching.
- Open the loopback Workbench at the /workbench/ path. For MCP hosts, start a separate stdio launcher.
- A governed 2330 workflow demonstrExample: Create or select a local Watchlist, then add 2330; combine unified market evidence requests and verify their identity; preview planned operations and their capability boundaries; explicitly authorize and confirm one bounded execution only when the preview is executable; read canonical results and the audit package, or export an AI-ready handoff for continued discussion.
- MCP distribution: The supported Windows MCPB distribution is released with v1.0.0; download the MCPB and its SHA-256 side file. It uses local stdio transport and provides the same six tools. The official registry entry is io.github.SmartyJohnway/tw-market-live-data-intelligence.
Use cases: Suitable for operators and AI assistants that need auditable, sourced Taiwan market evidence for AI discussions, especially in scenarios that require verifying request identity, previewing operations, explicitly authorizing execution, and generating AI-ready handoffs.
Limitations:
- This is a local-first evidence workbench, not a real-time trading product.
- There is no automatic polling, scheduler, market fetch at startup, Watchlist-driven automatic execution, trading, order routing, whole-market scanning, model-selected URL/executor, or real-time guarantee.
- Persistent Watchlists are changed only through explicit preview/submit.
- Never submit credentials, tokens, cookies, or private market payloads.
- Research support does not provide arbitrary disclosure or monthly revenue history, real-time disclosure, or financial_summary.
- Capability support, currentness, source provenance, and execution eligibility are explicit product data. A supported identifier does not imply executable source routing; a preview is not authorization; a source observation is not a real-time guarantee.
- Before relying on any result, consult the capability matrix, source matrix, and governance boundaries.
