Nuggetz is an AI knowledge interview tool whose core purpose is to write down the experience in employees' heads and turn it into playbooks the team can follow with supporting evidence.
Main capabilities:
- Interview design: You describe what needs to be learned, and Nuggetz drafts an interview guide, and lets you rehearse before anyone sees it.
- Easy sharing: Share interviews in the way you already communicate. Respondents need no account, seat, or allowlist. You can close an interview at any time, and the link is not indexed by search engines.
- In-depth interviews: Respondents can speak or type, one question at a time, in their own words when the interview supports it. The AI follows up on key content and steers it back when the topic drifts.
- Cross-validation: Each answer is broken down into nuggets and cross-checked against other people's answers, labeled as confirmed, single-source, conflicting, or missing.
- Output playbook: The accumulated knowledge becomes an actionable document, and every conclusion can be traced back to a real interview.
How to use it:
You just describe what you want to learn, and Nuggetz generates an interview guide. You can also rehearse before using it for real. After that, share the interview link with experienced employees, who can take part without registering an account. The interview can be AI-led in a one-question-at-a-time format, with voice or text input. After the interview ends, the system organizes the answers and generates a playbook.
Applicable scenarios:
- Expert handover: Capture key judgment experience before the notice period ends.
- New-hire onboarding: Record the "first-week unwritten rules" that system training does not cover.
- Escalation processes: Clarify at what threshold who gets involved, and which steps everyone privately skips.
- Incident response: Record responders' actual order of work and the signals they trust.
- Exception handling: Cover cases the process does not address, and which workarounds are safe.
- How high performers make decisions: Interview two people in the same role, and the differences can be turned into a process.
