Timergy is a scheduling poll service, similar in function to Doodle or When2Meet: create a poll with candidate time slots, share it with participants, participants vote on their respective availability, and finally the best time is selected.
Main capabilities: Timergy provides an MCP server that allows AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to directly create scheduling polls, vote on time slots, and finalize meetings. No authentication is required, and it works out of the box.
MCP tool capabilities:
- Create a scheduling poll with time slot options. Returns: poll URL (for sharing), passphrase (for admin access), option IDs.
- Get poll details and time slot options (excluding voting results). Option IDs can be obtained before voting or finalizing.
- Submit votes in a poll. Each vote maps one time slot to yes/maybe/no.
- See who voted and which time slots are most popular.
- Lock in the winning time slot. Participants who provided an email address will be notified. In the same session, the passphrase generated in step 1 is automatically remembered in step 4.
How to use: Claude Desktop / Claude Code: add to the MCP configuration (~/.claude/claude_desktop_config.json or the project's .mcp.json). For example, you can prompt "Create a poll for dinner next Friday or Saturday evening". Smithery (remote, no installation required): can be connected directly via https://timergy--timergy.run.tools . Other MCP clients: any MCP-compatible client can use this server, supporting stdio (local) and Streamable HTTP (remote, address https://api.timergy.com/mcp)。
Underlying API: this MCP server calls the Timergy Open API under the hood. The API can also be used directly: base URL https://api.timergy.com;OpenAPI specification https://api.timergy.com/api/open/openapi.json。
Limitations and notes: the materials do not provide specific limitation information such as pricing, platform coverage, or maximum number of voters.
