PhotoRestore is an AI-powered photo restoration, enhancement, and album management platform, mainly aimed at ordinary users and family users who want to restore old photos, improve image quality, or colorize black-and-white photos.

- Area locking: you can enable "Keep marked areas exactly" and mark areas to lock them before starting.
- Before-and-after comparison: generate a before-and-after comparison image with one tap, making it easy to share to family chat tools such as WhatsApp.
- Privacy protection: account photos are automatically deleted from PhotoRestore after 24 hours; Runware may retain temporary processing files for up to 7 days when processing images; uploaded content will not be used to train our own models.
- Download and share: you can download watermark-free full-size PNGs, and you can also download completed photos packaged as a ZIP; downloading and sharing are always free.
How to use
- Add photos: choose from your album, or use your phone to photograph printed photos. Supports JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 10 MB each, up to 10 photos.
- Wait for processing: usually takes 30–90 seconds to complete damage repair, gentle enhancement, colorization, or enlargement.
- Save and share: download full-size PNGs, or send before-and-after comparison images to family.
Credits and costs
- Free accounts receive 2 credits per month, and you need to create an account and verify your email; no credit card is required.
- Each restoration, enhancement, colorization, enlargement, or background removal costs 1 credit.
- Downloading and sharing are free; downloading the same result repeatedly does not consume credits again.
- Paid credits are priced in US dollars, plus applicable taxes; unused paid credits expire each billing month. Specific plan details are not yet provided.
- Free processing is subject to daily capacity and fair use limits.

- Free processing is subject to daily capacity and fair use limits.
- Account photos are deleted after 24 hours, so results need to be saved before expiration.
