AutoMobile is a mobile automation toolset, mainly used for UI testing or as a development workflow assistant. Its first supported platform is Android, with plans to expand to iOS.
Main capabilities include:
- Powerful MCP server: provides comprehensive operations through MCP tool calls, and drives the interaction loop with fast observation.
- Source mapping: combined with project path configuration and deep view hierarchy analysis, it can accurately know which code is being rendered.
- Automated test writing: in test writing mode, AutoMobile will write tests for you, and this is also the only way it writes tests.
- Test execution: tests can be run locally or on CI, with no additional infrastructure required.
- Device management: supports multiple devices, emulator control, and application lifecycle management.
How to use: AutoMobile has been published on npm and provides instructions for agents that have been tested. The repository also contains related content on "Installation and Getting Started." The changelog is marked as coming soon.
