AI Mirror is an AI-powered photo and video editing app under Polyverse. Polyverse describes itself as a globally leading generative AI mobile internet company focused on AI application development. The core purpose of AI Mirror is to allow users, through simple operations, to transform ordinary photos or videos into a variety of artistic styles, such as anime characters, game avatars, figurines, sketches, and more.
Main capabilities include:
- AI filters and style transformation: Provides dozens of AI filters that can turn snapshots into anime characters, game avatars, action figures, sketches, or any Nano Banana trend.
- Photo restoration: Supports color recovery and detail enhancement, suitable for restoring old photos in albums.
- Model portraits: Can generate professional-quality model photos; users can enter their ideas and see the results, and can also edit existing photos to try favorite clothing and casual styles.
- Popular filters: Includes turning people into timeless paintings, joining popular visual trends, going back to the Y2K era, sketch beautification, action figures, Ghibli-style characters, adding color, cartoonization, and more.
How to use: After users download the AI Mirror app, they select a filter or feature and upload a photo or video to transform it. Some features may require a subscription, but according to user reviews, Spellai (another Polyverse app) offers 200 coins per day, with a single image 100% free, online images costing 60+ coins depending on tool complexity, and videos also available. The specific pricing model of AI Mirror has not yet been provided.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for ordinary users who want to quickly turn photos or videos into anime or artistic styles, and also suitable for people who need to restore old photos, create social media avatars, or try popular visual trends.
Limitations: Official materials do not clearly state details such as AI Mirror's specific platform support (such as iOS, Android), processing speed, or output resolution. Some features may require payment or subscription, but specific prices and subscription plans have not yet been provided. User reviews mention that Spellai allows free trials of most features, but whether the same applies to AI Mirror has not yet been provided.
