Purpose
Zinn Hub is a freelancer online marketplace for buying and selling various digital services. Buyers can purchase ready-made fixed-price services or post project requirements for freelancers to bid on; sellers can create stores, list services, and take on projects.
Main Capabilities
- Two transaction methods: ready-made services and project postings: buyers can directly purchase fixed-price services or post projects for free, with freelancers submitting proposals.
- AI search and filtering: search supports natural language (any language), and results can be filtered by price, rating, delivery time, and other conditions.
- AI project matching: after a project is posted, the platform says AI will instantly match suitable freelancers and notify them to submit proposals.
- Multilingual and multicurrency: the platform says it supports 46 languages and 59 currencies, can translate products and messages, and even supports real-time call translation; prices are displayed in the buyer's local currency.
- Seller tools: AI Zinn Creator can automatically write service listings (title, packages, FAQ, images) and can generate $5 to $20 Micro Zinns; it supports subscriptions, video consultations, hourly billing, custom quotes, and other sales formats.
- Payments and settlement: buyers can pay by bank card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or more than 100 cryptocurrencies; sellers can connect their own Stripe and/or PayPal for instant receipt, and cryptocurrency and platform payment orders are automatically settled every Friday.
- Trust and safety: sellers must pass identity verification and skill review before listing services or submitting proposals, and listings must also be reviewed before publication; order funds are held in escrow by the platform until the buyer confirms delivery is complete.
- Import services: service listings or profiles from other platforms can be imported, and AI rebuilds them into Zinn service listings while retaining up to 10 reviews.
How to Use
Buyers can browse categories, use on-site search, or post projects; sellers can register for a free membership, set up a store and payment methods through a wizard, and use AI to create service listings. The platform says registration is free, sellers have zero platform fees on their first $500 in orders, and buyers have zero platform fees.
Applicable Scenarios
Covers categories such as website development, mobile app development, software development, SEO and search marketing, PPC and paid advertising, digital marketing, graphic design, video and animation, writing and content, translation and localization, music and audio, business and consulting, data analysis, blockchain and Web3, financial accounting, AI and machine learning, e-commerce, virtual assistance, cybersecurity, as well as specialized marketplaces such as AI agent development, chatbot development, Shopify, WordPress, and smart contracts.
Limitations
The materials do not provide the platform's specific fee standards (aside from the zero platform fee promotion), details of order dispute handling, specific price ranges for each service category, or the time required for registration or review, and are not yet available. Platform features, rates, and rules may change, and the actual official website shall prevail.
