KS-Agents is an AI platform for HR and organizational decision-making that uses AI interviews and surveys to turn conversations already taking place within the organization (such as 360-degree feedback, surveys, and exit interviews) into quantified signals about people, knowledge, and risk, helping HR leaders make decisions based on auditable evidence. It offers capabilities including organizational health and OKR progress views, informal trust network analysis, knowledge retention, automated compliance audits (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, AI Act), 360-degree assessments, SCIM user synchronization, and a GraphQL API, with an emphasis on EU data sovereignty and enterprise-grade security.

About this tool

KS-Agents is an AI platform built by a team of organizational psychologists, data scientists, and enterprise architects, focused on measuring organizational climate, talent, and skills, and turning data into decisions that HR leaders can defend. It does not rely on traditional consulting projects; instead, through AI agents, it turns conversations that are already happening within the organization—performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, surveys, interviews, and exit interviews—into signals about people, knowledge, and risk.

Key capabilities

  1. Organizational health and strategy execution: View organizational health and OKR progress in the same view, refreshed monthly rather than once a year, helping to identify execution bottlenecks.
  2. Data-driven measurement of people: Turn performance, potential, skills, and trust into evidence that can stand up in calibration meetings.
  3. Knowledge retention: Capture the unwritten experience of senior or departing experts before they leave, and make it searchable for those who remain.
  4. Compliance audit automation: Choose frameworks such as GDPR, NIS 2, ISO 27001, and the AI Act, and AI dispatches interviews, analyzes documents, collects evidence, and scores each rule, outputting signed reports with a tamper-proof ledger, shortening audits from months to days.
  5. Mapping informal power structures: Go beyond static org charts to visualize the real networks of trust and influence that drive the business day to day.
  6. Individual potential profiles: Measure Big Five personality facets, emotional intelligence, and resilience to build data-supported maps of individual capabilities and growth trajectories.
  7. Attrition early warning: Identify early signs of disengagement and burnout before "quiet quitting" turns into a formal resignation.
  8. Strategic OKR alignment: Cascade company-level goals down to each individual.
  9. 360-degree assessments: Run 360-degree assessments at any scale, with AI reading every piece of feedback and integrating input from managers, peers, and direct reports into a clear development picture.
  10. Custom automation: Train AI agents and models on internal data to automate workflows and decisions that consume large amounts of time each week.
  11. Strategic consulting: Data-driven diagnostics plus expert coaching to help leadership teams drive cultural change with evidence rather than opinion.

Workflow

KS-Agents Transformation is divided into four steps: diagnose organizational friction (quantify large volumes of open-ended survey and interview answers into hard metrics), map the real network (how information actually flows, who is truly relied upon, and where work gets stuck), automate qualitative depth (AI interviews thousands of people simultaneously and adjusts questions in real time), and execute and measure ROI (cascade company strategy into individual OKRs). Each step is measurable, making it easy to show the board what changed and why.

How to use

Users can, through App Settings Configure incoming webhooks for Slack, Google Chat, or Microsoft Teams to send invitations and reminders (360-degree feedback, surveys, exit interviews, report readiness) directly to channels your team already uses, and choose which events trigger notifications. Notifications are sent as rich cards with titles and action buttons.

With SCIM 2.0, users can be automatically provisioned and updated from Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or any SCIM-compatible identity provider, so new employees do not need manual import, and when they leave, accounts can be deactivated in sync with the IdP. Manager and role information can also be synced, keeping the organizational structure and 360-degree feedback cycles aligned with HR.

App scope data can be accessed through the GraphQL API, secured with API keys and configured with read permissions (such as users, performance, surveys). It can be called from Google Sheets (Apps Script), Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or any tool that can send authenticated HTTP requests, supporting paginated queries for users, 360 assessments, survey responses, and more. API keys are managed per app in settings and can be revoked or rotated at any time.

Use cases

Suitable for enterprise HR and organizational development teams that want to replace traditional consulting diagnostics with an auditable method; organizations that need to retain critical knowledge and reduce turnover risk; enterprises that need to shorten compliance audits from months to days; and consultants who want to run large-scale 360-degree feedback and real-time organizational diagnostics.

Limitations and notes

The materials mention enterprise-grade security and EU data sovereignty compliance, with data encrypted, hosted in certified facilities, and strictly isolated, and not used to train public AI models. A 30-day estimate, a 1-2 week pilot, and an entry point to book a demo are provided. Regarding specific pricing, package costs, free trial duration, and detailed technical architecture, the materials do not provide clear information, and these have not yet been confirmed.
