ResumeSkool is an AI resume customization and expert review platform for job seekers, with its official website at https://resumeskool.com/。其核心定位是帮助用户获得更多面试机会，而不仅仅是提高 ATS score.
Purpose ResumeSkool is used to analyze how well a resume matches a target position and generate a customized resume optimized for a specific job description. The platform emphasizes that passing ATS screening alone is not enough to get an interview, so in addition to ATS compatibility, it also provides a job match score that measures the relevance of the resume experience to the company's actual needs.
Main capabilities
- ATS compatibility analysis: checks whether the resume can be correctly parsed by recruiting software.
- Job Match Score: evaluates the actual relevance of the resume experience to the target role's requirements.
- AI resume customization: based on the resume uploaded by the user and the job description, generates a resume version optimized for the target role.
- Free ATS score: provides a free ATS score and job match score.
- Expert human review: resume review by FAANG engineers, priced at ₹1,000 or $29.99 per submission.
- Resume template: the platform uses a single recruiter-approved template that is optimized for readability, ATS compatibility, and technical role recruiting. The platform explains that most templates break ATS parsers, so only one format is provided.
- Additional services: the official website also lists entry points for features such as system design preparation, LeetCode plans, and mock interviews.
How to use
- Upload resume: supports PDF or DOCX format, with drag-and-drop upload.
- Add job description: paste the JD from LinkedIn, Indeed, or any job board.
- Get an optimized resume: receive an ATS score, job match score, and a ready-to-send customized resume version.

Use cases ResumeSkool is mainly aimed at technical job seekers, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, TPMs, ML engineers, and DevOps engineers. Users can customize their resume multiple times for different job descriptions, with each customization corresponding to one job description.
Limitations and notes The platform provides only one resume template, on the grounds that most templates break ATS parsers. The ATS score only checks formatting and keywords, while the job match score checks whether the experience aligns with the company's needs; combining the two is what improves the chances of getting an interview. The official website does not provide more details on refund policy, data privacy handling, supported languages, and so on.
