How to use You can select "WeChat invoice folder pull" or "WeChat chat history" via "+More" on the home page, and check the PDF electronic invoices in the conversation to import them; use "Photo Scan" in the lower right corner of the home page to flat-photograph paper invoices for automatic recognition and entry; in the reimbursement set, click "Generate invoice PDF" and select "Free Layout" for collage printing; after creating a reimbursement set, click "Export Excel" to generate a ledger; members can set a custom email alias (such as yourname@fapiaohezi.com), and can also set their personal QQ/163 emailto automatically forward rules for automatic consolidation. The desktop version supports batch processing of invoices, one-click export to Excel, and batch PDF downloads.
