Greetigo is an AI tool that helps users remember important dates and prepare greeting messages, supporting web browsers and the Mac app. Its core purpose is to prevent users from forgetting the birthdays, anniversaries, or other important days of friends and family by reminding them in advance and providing ready-made text, making it easy for users to send greetings.
Main capabilities include: saving dates (manual addition or import from contacts/calendar files), setting reminder times (by default one day in advance, but you can also choose the same day or 1, 3, 7, or 14 days in advance), and receiving email reminders with the message already fully written—the free version uses templates with names, while paid versions (Plus and Premium) can use AI to draft based on the user's description of the recipient. Users can edit the message and send the email directly through Greetigo, or copy the message and send it themselves via text/phone, etc.
How to use: Users can visit greetigo.com in any browser, or use the Mac app (supports Apple chips and Intel, macOS 12 and above). The free version can save up to 10 dates and send up to 2 greeting emails to others per month; the Plus version ($4.99 per month or $49.90 per year, with a 7-day free trial) supports AI drafting and can send up to 15 per month; the Premium version ($9.99 per month or $99.90 per year, with a 7-day free trial) supports unlimited saved dates and can send up to 100 per month. Users can upgrade in the app via "Account > Subscription".
Applicable scenarios include: parents' birthdays, wedding anniversaries, important days for friends, work-related dates, etc. In addition, it also provides a free message template library (89 templates, 2,612 examples), which can be browsed by category or searched, covering love and relationships, condolences and support, work milestones and holidays, etc.
Limitations: There is no iPhone or Android app, and mobile devices need to use a browser. The AI drafting feature is only available to Plus and Premium subscribers. All messages will not be sent to anyone until the user clicks "Send". Paid payments are made through secure Stripe checkout and can be canceled at any time.
