Purpose
GTM Hiring Signal Scraper MCP Server is an MCP server for detecting go-to-market (GTM) hiring activity from company career pages. It wraps the Mamba Labs GTM Hiring Signal Scraper on Apify and returns Clay-ready flat JSON to any MCP client.
Main capabilities
- Cascading ATS detection: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Personio
- GTM role filtering with 3 levels of signal strength (high, medium, low)
- Flat JSON output designed for Clay column mapping
- Optional role_filter and ats_slug inputs
- Batch mode (domains) and velocity mode for scheduled runs
How to use
Requires Node.js 18 or higher, and an Apify account with an API token.
Add the following to the Claude Desktop configuration:
In https://console.apify.com/account/integrations to get a token, paste it in, then restart Claude Desktop. The scan_gtm_hiring_signals tool will be available.
Input parameters
- domain (required): bare company domain, without https://,不带末尾斜杠。示例:stripe.com
- role_filter (optional): list of GTM role keywords to filter by. If omitted, the built-in keyword list is used.
- ats_slug (optional): overrides the ATS job board slug when it differs from the domain. Example: clay.com uses claylabs on Ashby.
- domains (optional): when mode is batch, the list of bare domains to scan in one run, one company per line. The schema still requires domain, so also pass the first domain into domain.
- mode (optional): single (default) scores domain; batch scores each entry in domains; velocity compares this run with previous_gtm_role_count and previous_run_date, reporting role changes since the last run.
- include_role_details (optional): when true, adds a full per-role array (title, department, location, URL). Default false.
- previous_gtm_role_count (optional): the number of GTM roles at the last run for that domain. Used by velocity mode to calculate the difference, which is what makes scheduled runs inexpensive.
- previous_run_date (optional): the ISO date of the last run for that domain, for example 2026-07-15. Used by velocity mode to report the number of days between two runs.
Output
The tool returns the actor's flat JSON for the scanned companies. Fields include the detected ATS platform, the number of open GTM roles, the matching role titles and their categories, and the seniority interpretation. Companies using an ATS outside these six return a null platform, zero roles, and no error. See the Apify Store page for the full output schema.
Example prompts
- "Check if stripe.com is hiring for go-to-market roles right now."
- "Scan openai.com for sales and revenue operations job postings."
- "Is datadoghq.com ramping up GTM hiring? Use the GTM hiring scanner."
- "Pull the GTM hiring signal for figma.com and list which roles are open."
- "Scan stripe.com, figma.com, and notion.so for GTM hiring in one batch."
Use cases
Suitable for scenarios that need to obtain GTM hiring signals from company career pages and import them into Clay, a CRM, or AI agent workflows. It also supports batch scanning and scheduled runs to track hiring changes.
Limitations
This server is a lightweight client and does not contain scraping logic. All scraping runs on Apify. See the Apify Store page for the full input/output reference, pricing, and run history:https://apify.com/mambalabs/gtm-hiring-signal-scraper
This server is one of 54 Mamba Labs MCP servers, each a lightweight client for a Mamba Labs actor on Apify. Each actor returns flat, Clay-ready rows joined by company domain.
