Open-source voice AI framework from Microsoft. Microsoft removed the TTS code on Sep 5, 2025 over misuse concerns (online generation for TTS-1.5B is disabled), so the mainline is now ASR. ASR supports 60-minute long-form audio with speaker diarization and 50+ languages; TTS generates natural long-fo
