About this tool

Allganize AI is an enterprise-oriented AI platform, positioned as a "leading enterprise AI solutions LLM enabler," supporting both on-premises and cloud deployment. Its core proposition is that enterprise AI should have plugin extensibility, Agentic RAG, and zero hallucination, and should allow enterprises to use their own LLMs. The platform provides an "AI Coworker for every team," with the goal of enabling enterprises to move from pilot to production, securely deploy AI applications and agents, and automate workflows across data, systems, and operations.

According to official materials, Allganize AI is already used in the production environments of more than 300 enterprises worldwide. Officially, it is stated that the difficulty of enterprise AI is not in pilots, but in production: messy data, a lack of testing methods, and an inability to build trust in front of real users. Since 2017, Allganize has put AI applications, agents, and document work into production.

The platform provides two ways to put AI into use:

  1. Alli Coworker: Lets anyone build and run AI applications and agents using natural language, with no code required. It can be deployed on the web and can connect to Slack or Teams as needed by the team; it supports rapid iteration. It can run in air-gapped and on-premises environments, including integration with ERP and groupware. It supports end-to-end task completion, from document analysis to system entry.

  2. Alli Works: An off-the-shelf work AI agent for documents and knowledge. It reads documents and knowledge, then performs work: contract review, RFP analysis, guideline checks, and provides answers with citations. No setup is required, no model training is required, and it delivers value from the moment the first document is uploaded. Main capabilities include: document and knowledge grounding (reading contracts, policies, reports, and other documents in various formats); out-of-the-box work tasks (summarization, comparison, RFP review); citable and verifiable answers (every output can be traced back to the source document); deployment on demand (cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped, with optional models).

Typical use cases for Alli Coworker (from official examples):

  • Start from templates already built by peers: teams such as legal, finance, engineering, sales, and operations each publish AI applications, and users can browse reviewed templates and adapt them for their own use within minutes.
  • Point to RFPs and past proposals, and draft the required sections based on their own materials.
  • Describe a presentation, attach reference files, and return editable PPTX slides.
  • OCR and Combined with LLMs, end-to-end document review: checklist scoring, clause flagging, audit trail.
  • Executive-level analytics to monitor and optimize AI token usage across teams, models, and seats.
  • Upload an API spec or URL, and Coworker maps every endpoint into a browsable, callable interface.
  • Enter an account name and get a sourced briefing on financial, news, and buying signals before each call.
  • Automate visitor check-in on a tablet: QR code scan, notify the host, print a badge, with no front desk staff needed.
  • Drop in an MP4, and Coworker automatically transcribes it, captures screenshots, and writes a step-by-step manual.

At the platform level, Allganize AI emphasizes a vertically integrated single tech stack: from LLM selection and RAG to agent execution, deployment, and security compliance. Deployment can be cloud or on-premises, and enterprises can choose models based on regulatory, security, and cost requirements, and switch at any time without rebuilding what has already been deployed. The company says its RAG 2.0 has been deployed in financial and public sector compliance environments, is suitable for SaaS and hybrid on-premises deployments, and can handle unstructured documents that account for 80% of enterprise data (industry estimates sourced from IDC and Gartner).

For enterprise-grade controls, the platform has built-in role-based access, audit trails, content guardrails, and compliance frameworks to ensure AI operates within policy boundaries. All products share the same foundation: the same security standards, the same management console, and the same integration layer, uniformly applied to every product from cloud to air-gapped.

Officially, a rapid PoC demo is also offered: use Alli Coworker to run a quick proof of concept and see working results within weeks after the first meeting.

Limitations and information not provided: the official materials do not provide specific pricing, charging models, free trial details, a specific list of supported LLMs, technical requirements for each deployment mode, SLAs, or data retention policies. This information is not yet available.
