GeniusReview is a tool that uses AI technology to help users generate 360° performance reviews, aiming to save the large amount of time spent writing reviews. Its core purpose is to automatically generate customized answers to performance review questions based on the information provided by the user.
How to use it is as follows:
- First enter the employee's name, then select their role, so that the answers and process can be customized.
- Rate skills: the system will list a series of relevant skills for the selected role. Users need to rate them from 1 (not at all) to 10 (absolutely), and can also choose n/a to skip a skill.
- Add questions: users can enter their own performance review questions. The system provides two example questions by default, which need to be removed before adding.
- Provide prompts: add some input for each question, and try to provide specific examples. It does not need to be too long (the AI will expand it on its own), but the more input provided, the more personalized the generated answers will be.
- Generate the review: when ready, you can choose the tone of the review to match your personal style, and then generate the review.
