Signature Studio is an online AI signature generation tool that creates handwritten-style or cursive-style electronic signature images based on a name, for scenarios such as Word documents, PDFs, and emails.
Purpose The core purpose of this tool is to transform a name into a signature image with a personal style. It offers three creation methods: AI generation, Type (font layout), and Draw (freehand drawing). The generated signature is exported as an image, which users then insert into the document or email editor they use; the tool itself does not edit or submit documents.
Main capabilities
- AI mode: Enter a name and style, and the server calls APIMart (Z-Image Turbo) to generate an original signature design. Normal mode generates one design; after signing in with a Google account, users can choose Advanced styles, including Business, Minimal, and Creative, and retain history.
- Type mode: Instantly preview font layout effects; users can enter a full name, first name plus last-name initial, or an initials combination, and can adjust the font, ink color, and size.
- Draw mode: Write a signature on the canvas with a mouse, trackpad, or finger; pen width can be controlled, and unfinished strokes can be undone before export.
- Export formats: Free download as a 600 × 250, white-background, watermarked PNG preview; paid packages unlock clean transparent PNGs, and Type and Draw also support SVG export (paid, valid for 12 months). The export size for Type and Draw is 2400 × 1000 pixels; AI image results currently only offer PNG downloads and are cropped around the generated strokes.
How to use Step one, enter a name: Enter a full name, first name, or initials in the signature maker, and the preview updates as you type; you can also switch to Draw handwriting. Step two, choose a style: Normal mode generates one AI signature; after signing in, you can choose the Business, Minimal, or Creative styles under Advanced mode; Type mode lets you switch fonts and adjust ink color and size; Draw mode lets you control pen width. Step three, download and use: First view the free watermarked preview; paid packages unlock original-resolution transparent PNGs, and after payment Type and Draw also support SVG export. After checking spelling and strokes, save the file, then insert it into a document or editor that accepts images.
Applicable scenarios Can be used for letters and proposals in Wordand insert the signature image into the document template; first generate the signature in the tool, then put the PNG into a PDF editor that supports inserting images, and check the size and position before saving; you can also add a small handwritten signature to an email application that supports signature images, and pair it with a printed name and contact information, so that readers can still identify the sender when the email image is hidden.
Limitations and notes The AI mode provides only one limited trial; the free download is a watermarked preview image, while only the paid package provides a clean, transparent PNG and SVG export for Type / Draw. During generation and download, the name or handwritten content is sent to the server for processing but is not saved; in AI mode, the name and selected style are sent to the server and APIMart to generate the image, and the AI request and image are saved in the history of the guest or logged-in account. Users should use only names they have the right to use and should check the AI-generated results. Type and Draw editing takes place in the browser, and when downloading, the signature outline is sent to the server for processing. The tool only generates the signature image and is not responsible for document editing or submission. Paid prices, specific package contents, and other information are not currently provided.
