Yourly is a recruitment platform driven primarily by referrals, positioned to help startups hire top talent through trusted Connectors.
In terms of purpose, Yourly serves startups that want to complete hiring through personal referrals, as well as individual Connectors willing to earn rewards by referring talent. The platform emphasizes that "your intuition can see what AI cannot," combining human judgment with AI matching capabilities.
In terms of main capabilities, the platform uses AI to find the best-matched candidates from your social network; you are responsible for completing a warm intro, and when the referred person is successfully hired, you can receive a reward. The platform is currently in an Invitation Only phase, with more than 200 Connectors participating in early access and partnerships with more than 30 startups.
In terms of how to use it, the platform is invitation-only and requires an invitation to enter. Once inside, AI helps identify suitable candidates in your network, the Connector completes the referral, and the Connector receives a reward after the referred person is hired. The platform has a Connector Help Center.
In terms of applicable scenarios, it is suitable for startups seeking to acquire top talent through trusted referral channels, and also for individuals with broad networks who are willing to earn extra income through referrals.
In terms of limitations, the platform is currently invitation-only and does not provide a public registration method; information such as specific reward amounts, pricing models, and supported regions is not yet provided in the materials.
