AtlasYield MCP is a read-only MCP server that provides agents with the AtlasYield judgment layer. It contains seven tools, requires no keys, has no hosting, and performs no execution: when an agent requests a judgment, it is told whether a route is unsafe.
Purpose: This tool is used to assess the safety of DeFi vaults, covering protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Pendle, and Yearn. It provides 16-factor vault scoring, route survival checks, and liquidation alerts. Data comes from public APIs https://api.atlasyield.club/v1 and published scoring history https://github.com/gveshk/atlasyield-score-history。评分每 every 4 hours, with snapshots published daily. This tool is for research and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
Main capabilities: Agents can call get_vault_score to obtain a vault score and call check_route_survival to check route survival. If a NO_ROUTE verdict is returned, it is returned in the form of blocking: true and an English-only refusal. The tool also provides 16-factor breakdowns, liquidation alerts, and other features.
How to use: Supports Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any stdio client. It can be configured via mcp.json or claude_desktop_config.json. Run from checkout: npm install && npm run build, then use "command": "node", "args": ["<checkout>/dist/index.js"]. Run with Docker: docker build -t atlasyield-mcp ., then "command": "docker", "args": ["run", "-i", "--rm", "atlasyield-mcp"]. If there is no MCP client, you can run npm run build && node scripts/smoke.mjs check_route_survival '{"chainId":8453,"address":"0x..."}' to send raw JSON-RPC to the binary via stdio. Environment variables: ATLAS_API_BASE can override the API base address (default https://api.atlasyield.club/v1）；ATLAS_SNAPSHOT_BASE can override the raw base address for scoring history.
Use cases: Suitable for agents performing safety assessments before entering DeFi vaults, for example asking "Is Morpho WETH on Base (0x09832347586e238841f49149c84d121bc2191c53) safe to enter at $10k?" The agent will call get_vault_score and check_route_survival to obtain a judgment.
Limitations: This tool is read-only; there are no deposit, signing, or sending tools, and none will be added. Execution functionality, if provided, is a separate API with its own safeguards (recipient-safety, assertRouteValue), and is never an MCP tool.
