AI can reason over these connections while preserving sources, so people can visually inspect and stay in control.
Key capabilities: Supports real-time team collaboration, templates, and multiple diagram types; supports importing sources such as people systems, work tracking, cloud accounts, documents, and controls, while preserving sources and their meaning so that people and AI do not rely only on prompts. Creately AI can answer capacity and process questions, extract activities/roles/handoffs/exceptions from policies, generate verifiable genograms, and link control requirements with processes and system evidence.
How to use: Start from a blank canvas, a ready-made template, imported source material, or an AI first draft; review and comment with the team in real time; then share the live workspace, export diagrams, or use the confirmed view as shared context. The AI process is "ask, inspect, approve": it shows the basis for inspection and recommended actions, and users can approve, edit, reject, or leave the source unchanged.
Limitations: Availability of connections and imports varies by product, and the product page lists currently supported sources; Workday, HiBob, Okta, Linear, Azure, Google Cloud, Google Docs, Confluence, and Notion are marked as planned.
