Feeedbackr

Purpose

Feeedbackr is aimed at indie developers, SaaS founders, mobile apps, and small teams, with the goal of collecting and analyzing user feedback in an extremely simple way, helping teams build features based on real needs and avoid the bloat and complexity of enterprise-grade tools.

Main Capabilities

• One-click feedback collection: Add a link in the app (<a> tag with the app ID), and after users click it, they submit feedback through a hosted feedback portal, with no complex forms required. The system automatically captures the page URL and user ID.
• Zero-infrastructure hosted portal: Provides a hosted feedback collection portal, with no need to build your own backend or maintain infrastructure.
• Automatic capture of contextual metadata: Automatically obtains the page address and user identifier related to the feedback.
• AI sentiment analysis and classification: AI assigns each piece of feedback a sentiment score (from very negative to very positive) and accurately applies category labels, covering bugs, feature requests, UI/UX, performance, and more.
• Spam detection: AI automatically identifies and filters spam feedback.
• Webhooks: Push the feedback stream in real time via HTTP webhook to your own backend, Discord, Slack, Linear, or other services that support callbacks.
• AI reports: Synthesize hundreds of pieces of feedback into actionable themes, including feature requests ranked by number of users, pain point analysis, churn risk signals, and specific prioritized recommendations.

How to Use

1. Sign up for an account and get an app ID.
2. Add a link in your app pointing to the Feeedbackr portal (only one <a> tag is needed), or use the REST API for full control.
3. Users click the link to submit feedback, automatically including the page URL and user ID.
4. View AI classification, sentiment analysis, and spam detection results in Feeedbackr.
5. Generate AI reports as needed to get theme summaries and prioritization recommendations.
6. Configure webhooks to integrate the feedback stream into your existing tools. The entire process requires no SDK or npm package, and the official claim is that onboarding takes less than 5 minutes.

• Data export is not currently available, and the official statement is that demand is being actively tracked.
• Direct integrations (such as Slack, Notion, etc.) are not on the current roadmap; only webhook-based connections are supported.
